Rihanna Mocks Self For Not Having Daughters; Says It's 'One Thing She Can't Do'
When Rihanna attended the Fenty X Puma Creeper Phatty launch party on Monday, she revealed that she was hoping to become a girl mom.
When asked about one thing she couldn't do, the 35-year-old artist jokingly responded, "So far, have daughters."
"I'm batting at 75% for a boy next time, so we'll just like keep our fingers crossed," she added.
Meanwhile, her partner A$AP Rocky was recently asked by Complex what would his best creation be with Rihanna if they worked together at Puma, to which he replied, "If me and my lady [were] to collab...I think we do a real great job at collaborating and making children. I think that's our best creation so far."
"Nothing is better than that out there, any design. I mean, we had a third designer come and help, a ghost designer named God, you know, and shaped everything. And we had these beautiful angels, so that's the best collaboration," he added.
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have two sons: 1-year-old RZA Athelston Mayers and 4-month-old Riot Rose.
Speaking of her dream family, Rihanna shared in another interview that she hopes to be "a part of a family that breaks general curses and just moves forward and does new things."
She then described how A$AP Rocky was as a father, saying, "I loved him differently as a dad. This is a major, major, like, it's a turn-on."
She applauded him for being a leader and a great, patient and loving dad.
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's love story started when they performed their hit song "Cockiness" at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2012. The following year, they released the music video for "Fashion Killa" and went on a tour together.
Years went by for the two musicians, and they remained friends. Then, they attended events together, including the Louis Vuitton Menswear Spring/Summer 2019 show, The Fashion Awards and the MET Gala in 2018, 2019 and 2021, respectively.
In February 2022, they announced that they were expecting their first child.
