Meghan Markle, Prince Harry Making A 'Hollywood Comeback' In 2024: Entertainment Expert
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will likely have a better year in 2024, according to an entertainment expert.
Mark Boardman predicted what will happen to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex next year after a tough 2023. He believes that the duo could make a "Hollywood comeback."
"With multimillion-dollar deals in place for multiple book deals and ownership of publication rights to a novel, besides running the Archewell Foundation, the Sussexes are actively shaping their narrative and are certainly not waiting for something to happen," he told GB News.
"I know from years working in the media that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be inundated with various offers to attend events and support good causes," Boardman, who is a regular celebrity expert on BBC News, Sky News, LBC and Radio Five Live for high profile showbiz stories, added.
He sees an array of collaborations and speaking engagements for the Sussexes, adding that those jobs would be a full-time role for the royal couple in 2024.
"2024 holds the potential for a more positive year for the Sussexes financially, with more money rolling in, no matter what they choose to focus on," he noted.
Astrologer Susan Miller, founder of Astrology Zone, also shared her prediction for the celebrity couple. According to her, Markle could return to acting because she needs to work since they no longer have more stories to tell.
"Meghan wants to go back to acting because she's a Leo. Leos are very good at acting, and I don't think the [Netflix] business plan of creating movies is the way it's going to go. I think she will go back to work," she told Daily Mail's FEMAIL.
"I also think they may need a constant supply of money because they've sort of told all the family secrets, they don't have any more to tell. I think we all know too much. I wish I didn't know all those secrets. It's an odd situation."
Meanwhile, royal commentator Gareth Russell was convinced that the Sussexes' reputation was tainted after The Hollywood Reporter considered them among the biggest losers in Tinseltown this year. In his opinion, they must use another strategy to rebuild their brand.
"So I would imagine if the Sussexes return to their charities with the focus they've shown before and to other projects, 2024 could be a year where they help turn around some of the public opinion for them," he previously told GB News.
"But I do think it has to be a different tactic going forward than what we've seen in recent years."
