Two members of the Filipino boy group SB19 made their debut on TC Candlers's 100 Most Handsome Faces of 2023 as two of only four Filipino celebrities who were included on the prestigious list.

TC Candler, the creator of the 100 Most Beautiful Faces and 100 Most Handsome Faces lists, revealed 2023's most handsome male celebrities on Dec. 28, 2023. The list included stars from over 50 countries worldwide.

SB19's Ken Suson, also known as Felip, took the 34th spot on the list, while his bandmate Josh Cullen secured the 71st spot.

Ken and Josh were joined by Filipino singers Kyler Chua and Reyster Yton from HORI7ON, another all-Filipino pop group. They placed 28th and 58th, respectively.

Rounding out the top five most handsome faces are "Emily in Paris" actor Lucien Laviscount at fifth, ENHYPEN's Ni-Ki at fourth, Hong Kong singer-actor Keung To at third and Henry Cavill at the second spot. "Wonka" star Timothée Chalamet bagged the top spot as the Most Handsome Face of 2023.

In September 2023, Ken went viral in China for his talent and handsome visuals. The 26-year-old artist captured the hearts of Chinese netizens on Douyin, China's version of TikTok, after a video clip of his "Gento" performance was shared on the social media platform.

Aside from talking about his dance skills, Chinese netizens also gushed over Ken's honey-skin complexion that matched his white-dyed hair at the time.

Meanwhile, his bandmate Josh was previously voted as 2020's Sexiest Man in the Philippines, per Starmometer.

Then-26-year-old Josh was voted by netizens as the Philippines' sexiest man, defeating two-time titleholder Alden Richards, a popular Filipino actor.

At the time, SB19's Josh reigned the list with 4,786,918 votes.

TC Candler and The Independent Critics have been publishing lists of the most handsome and beautiful faces annually since 1990.

Unlike most annual beauty rankings, the 100 Most Handsome Faces list by TC Candler is reportedly "not a popularity contest and is not country-specific."

According to TC Candler's channel, aesthetic perfection is only one of the factors considered in selecting 100 faces out of approximately 300,000+ celebrities.

TC Candler also reportedly looks into a celebrity's "grace, elegance, originality, passion, class, poise, and promise," among many others.
