"Red Carpet Fashion Expert" and former "Fashion Police" host Melissa Rivers shared her take on the best dressed during the 81st annual Golden Globe Awards.

Rivers shared her red carpet fashion expertise in separate interviews with Page Six, Us Weekly and Sherri Shepherd as she was asked to share her opinion on the outfits celebrities wore at the recently concluded 2024 Golden Globes.

In all these interviews, here are the 7 celebrities who made it to Rivers' best-dressed list at the annual awards ceremony.

"She was one of the few people in bright colors. She stood out... She looked so good," Rivers told Sherri Shepherd about the American singer-songwriter's red carpet look.

In her interview with Us Weekly, she also commended Taylor's choice of color in her Gucci dress and said, "She walks in and she was like, 'This is what a movie star does.' I love that in this sea of black, she came in green."

"The color was spectacular and the back of [her gown] was beautiful," she added.

2. Helen Mirren

Seventy-eight-year-old English actress Helen Mirren arrived at the Golden Globes red carpet in a Dolce & Gabbana outfit.

"She knows how to work a dress. She had that coat moving. She had the jewels. She got it," Rivers described Mirren's red carpet look.

3. Angela Bassett

Like Mirren, American actress Angela Bassett also wore a Dolce & Gabbana outfit to the 2024 Golden Globes.

Talking about Bassett's red carpet look with Us Weekly, Rivers quipped, "It's like everyone's on the carpet and having fun [saying] 'Look at my dress' and then she arrives and she goes, 'Oh children, you all look so nice. Now, let me show you a movie star.'"

4. Greta Lee

According to Rivers, Greta Lee's outfit "may have been" her favorite of the night. While she didn't love the color of the dress, she thought that the dress itself was "spectacular."

Rivers highlighted that she loved the fit, the high neck and the "amazing" draping at the back of Lee's dress.

"It's sexy but not in your face. This is the dress I would want to wear," Rivers said.

5. Timothée Chalamet

"He looks fantastic and still looks fashion-forward. He looks young and cool," Rivers described the "Wonka" star's Celine Homme outfit.

She shared she was happy that Chalamet wore a shirt and listened to her.

Rivers quipped, "I'd been complaining last year about him not wearing a shirt. And it almost brought a tear to my eye. He had a shirt on!"

6. Lenny Kravitz

"There are two people who can wear no shirt: Lenny Kravitz and Harry Styles. That's it," Rivers consistently shared in her separate interviews.

Describing Kravitz as an "epitome of cool," Rivers said, "Lenny can do no wrong. Lenny can get away with anything because [of] his personal style, the way he carries it."

7. Meryl Streep

In her interview with Page Six, Rivers said that Meryl Streep in her Valentino outfit "went as Miranda Priestly," and she loved it.

The fashion expert also claimed that "it wasn't the super young actresses that owned the carpet." And one of those who owned it was Streep.
