Meet the new TikTok duo Margeaux & Jules, a hilarious excessively demanding and opulent matriarch described by Jules as "a rich b***h from the upper east side" and an overworked, yet stylish assistant both taking New York City by storm. The role of Margeaux is presented by Patricia Black, actress and creative head at Albright Fashion Library.

"Truth be told, she's a nightmare," Jules says. "My name [is] not Jules...it's actually Hazel. Jules was her old assistant. I really need this job, so I'm just going along with it."

Brooklyn based jewlery brand Alexis Bittar introduced the fashion-savvy duo to their TikTok in early December. Their first skit was filmed on West 57th Street in which Jules is shown perplexed, holding several high end shopping bags while Margeaux chats on her cell phone, dripping in Alexis Bittar jewels.

"I can not wait for this job to be over. Do you need a PA or a dresser?" Jules asks the camera man, implying their desire for an escape from the tyrannical prima donna, but their occasional dancing and laughs reflect a love-hate relationship dynamic.

Alexis Bittar is an eponymous jewlery brand known for reviving art costume jewlery since the 1990's. Bittar carved out his first collection from his bedroom at the ripe age of 22, focusing on lucite and semi-prescious stones.

After selling his handmade jewlery on the streets of Soho, then fashion director Dawn Mello discovered his pieces in 1992. Mello carried his work to Saks Fifth Avenue, the MoMA, Harrods, and Isetan in Japan.

Fast forward to today, Alexis Bittar has been photographed in 'Vogue,' 'Cosmo,' and 'Glamour.' The brand has also been worn by icons such as Beyonce`, Michelle Obama, and Oprah Winfrey.

It is unclear whether these skits were only released for the holiday season, but fans are already invested. One fan on TikTok commented, "Whoever created these scripts are genius," and another follower posted, "This needs to be a TV series." Fans are already inquiring about Margeaux's whereabouts for the New Year.

Whether the two are grabbing hotdogs at the iconic Nathan's truck, sitting at The Plaza New York, or pouring glasses of wine on a park bench, Margeaux never forgets to be iconic and Jules always delivers.
