Lindsay Lohan received a hefty paycheck for her cameo in the new "Mean Girls," according to a report.

Unnamed insiders told Variety that the actress, who played Cady Heron in the original 2004 film, earned a reported $500,000 for her brief appearance in the new musical film.

Lohan reportedly filmed her cameo -- which saw her returning as the moderator of the Mathletes Championship instead of a flashback version of Cady -- in just half a day.

The musical, written by Tina Fey, features a fresh cast led by Angourie Rice and Reneé Rapp as the new Plastics.

The actress' surprise cameo earned her thunderous applause at the new "Mean Girls" movie's New York premiere on Jan. 8.

Despite her substantial paycheck and positive reception at the premiere, Lohan was not happy with one joke about her in the film.

The reference to the term "fire crotch," which was associated with Lohan in a 2006 viral video, upset the actress.

The joke, delivered by Megan Thee Stallion in the movie, was perceived by Lohan as a distasteful reference to the derogatory nickname from her past.

"We are going back red. Y2K fire crotch is back!" Megan, who played as herself in the film, said in support of Rice's Cady.

Lohan's representative, Leslie Sloane, shared the actress' sentiments about the quip, telling The Messenger, "Lindsay was very hurt and disappointed by the reference in the film."

Lohan's father, Michael, also voiced his dissatisfaction with the film, specifically addressing the perceived low blow.He told TMZ he was angry about the "disgusting comment" and mocked the new film's $28 million opening weekend box office gross. The original "Mean Girls'" 2004 opening weekend earnings, $24.4 million, are closer to $40 million when adjusted for inflation, the outlet noted.

Michael emphasized that nobody could replace his daughter or the original cast.

Lohan, who took a break from studio films for over a decade, made a successful comeback with the Netflix rom-com "Falling for Christmas" in 2022.

She is set to star in Netflix's "Irish Wish," premiering on March 15.
