Bad Bunny is reportedly the new owner of Ariana Grande's Los Angeles mansion.

The Puerto Rican rapper bought the 1,600-square-foot estate for $8.3 million, significantly less than the $8.9 million the "No Tears Left to Cry" singer paid in 2021 to acquire it, according to Robb Report.

The ranch-style mansion consists of three parcels of land that cling to a steep hillside. The property features a single-story cottage, a large outdoor patio, a two-car attached garage and a swimming pool.

The Hollywood Hills hideaway is kept ultra-private by lush greenery and a long gated driveway. While it's invisible from the public road, its location offers great views of the Sunset Strip and West Hollywood.

The Bird Streets mansion was originally built in 1946, per Architectural Digest.

Aside from the mansion previously owned by Grande, the "Where She Goes" rapper reportedly owns another Hollywood Hills estate he bought in 2023 for $8.8 million.

The contemporary estate has a five-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom guest house. It has 7,316 square feet of living space.

Kendall Jenner's rumored beau also rents a luxurious New York City penthouse. He reportedly signed a lease on a $150,000-a-month Chelsea penthouse on West 27th Street in October 2023.

Described as "the most expensive apartment in New York" at the time, the penthouse boasts 4,500 square feet of living space and a private outdoor lap pool.

It also has sliding-glass curtain walls, lots of outdoor space, a private driveway, four bedrooms, airy 12-foot ceilings, imported Italian doors, four terraces, an outdoor kitchen, several seating areas, a library and a spiral staircase.

In related news, the rapper and the supermodel recently reconnected and started dating again after their split in December 2023.

The continuation of their love story reportedly came after spending New Year's Eve in the Caribbean together with their pals.

"They were friends in the Caribbean over New Year, and since getting back, they've been dating again," a source told The U.S. Sun.

"He's keen to win her back, and although they're taking it slow at the minute, nobody would be surprised if they made it official again," added the tipster.
