Meghan Markle and Prince Harry stepped out for a red-carpet date night amid the latest drama and new health scares involving the royal family.

On Tuesday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a surprise appearance at the premiere of "Bob Marley: One Love" in Jamaica.

A video obtained by Entertainment Tonight showed the couple stepping onto the red carpet hand-in-hand at the Carib Theatre in Kingston.

Markle wore a stunning black gown, while Prince Harry opted for a blue suit without a tie for the evening.

The Sussexes also posed for photos with members of Marley's family, Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness, Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon CEO Brian Robbins on the red carpet.

Scheduled to hit theaters on Feb. 14, "Bob Marley: One Love" features Kingsley Ben-Adir as the iconic singer and Lashana Lynch as his wife, Rita.

The movie aims to celebrate Marley's life and music, showcasing his "powerful story of overcoming adversity and the journey behind his revolutionary music," according to its synopsis.

The Tuesday event marks a return trip to Jamaica for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who visited the Caribbean country together in 2017 for the wedding of Prince Harry's friend Tom "Skippy" Inskip to Lara Hughes-Young.

It was also the couple's first public outing of 2024. They were last seen together at a Vancouver Canucks game on Nov. 20, 2023, with Prince Harry participating in the ceremonial puck drop.

Prince Harry recently stepped out solo to attend the Living Legends of Aviation Awards in Beverly Hills, where he was honored as an inductee.

People reported that Markle couldn't join him as one of their children fell ill.

Amid their public appearances, Prince Harry's father, King Charles, is set to undergo a corrective procedure for an enlarged prostate this week.

Additionally, the Duke of Sussex's sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, underwent "planned abdominal surgery" at The London Clinic last week.

Kensington Palace confirmed that the health issue is non-cancerous and that Princess Kate is expected to recover at home after a 10- to 14-day hospital stay.

While they have not publicly addressed the two royals' health concerns, Prince Harry and Markle allegedly privately reached out to offer support to both King Charles and Middleton.

An unnamed source told U.K.'s The Mirror that the Sussexes "contacted" the King and the Princess of Wales in different ways to convey their "concern and best wishes" regarding their health.
