K-Pop idol Lisa from BLACKPINK is making her acting debut in a hit HBO series.

Variety reported Monday that the Thai rapper-singer is officially part of the Season 3 cast of "The White Lotus," which already includes Leslie Bibb, Dom Hetrakul, Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Parker Posey, Tayme Thapthimthong, Christian Friedel, Julian Kostov and Morgana O'Reilly.

Lisa, credited as Lalisa Manobal, will also act alongside other cast members Lek Patravadi, Shalini Peiris, Carrie Coon, Scott Glenn, Francesca Corney, Nicholas Duvernay, Arnas Fedaravičius, Natasha Rothwell, Walton Goggins, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Aimee Lou Wood, Sarah Catherine Hook and Sam Nivola.

This milestone makes Manobal the second BLACKPINK member to appear in an HBO series, following Jennie, who made her acting debut on "The Idol" in June 2023.

Interestingly, the news of Lisa venturing into acting comes after she established her own management company, Lloud Co.

"Introducing LLOUD, a platform to showcase my vision in music and entertainment. Join me on this exciting journey to push through new boundaries together," Lisa captioned her Instagram post, tagging Lloud's official account last Thursday.

Joining "The White Lotus 3" appears to be a part of Lisa's "exciting journey" of pushing "new boundaries" in her career.

Per Film Updates on X, the third season of the hit HBO series has already begun production in Thailand, Lisa's home country. It was previously reported that the cast would film in different parts of the Southeast Asian country, such as Koh Samui, Phuket and Bangkok.

HBO reportedly partnered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand for filming and promotional support for the series' latest installment.

The third season of "The White Lotus" will likely premiere in 2025, per Deadline.

"The White Lotus" initially started as a limited series in July 2021 but was renewed as an anthology series because of its massive success.

The dark comedy-drama TV series by Mike White follows the story and interactions of the guests and staff of the fictional White Lotus resort chain.

Its previous seasons were set in Hawaii and Sicily.

"The White Lotus" Season 3's newest cast member, Lisa, is one of the four members of the globally popular female K-Pop group BLACKPINK.

Lisa and her bandmates Jisoo, Jennie and Rosé first rose to fame when they debuted in August 2016 with the tracks "Whistle" and "Boombayah."
