Videos captured the harrowing shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs parade and victory rally in Kansas City, Missouri, Wednesday that left at least one person dead and 29 others injured.

Footage shared by TMZ showed numerous people running and fleeing as shots were fired in Union Station, where Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, and the rest of the Chiefs held a victory rally for thousands of fans.

In the video, several people can be seen on the ground appearing injured and bleeding.

Some can be seen performing CPR and other life-saving measures on the injured individuals.

Another video published by TMZ showed a man wearing a jacket being tackled by bystanders, along with an AR-style rifle.

In the footage, the man can be seen running and pushing people in front of him before he was tackled by several individuals.

The bystanders pinned down the unidentified man until law enforcement officers arrived.

A woman was also observed picking up what appeared to be a long rifle. It is unclear if the firearm belonged to the man who was tackled.

TMZ reported that it appeared to be an AR-style rifle.

Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves confirmed that three people are in police custody following the shooting, including potentially the man who was tackled by bystanders, NBC News reported.

She said officers "are working to determine if one of the three [is] the one that was in that video, where fans assisted police."

At least 29 people, including 22 with gunshot wounds, are being treated for injuries at local hospitals, CNN reported.

Graves confirmed that at least one of the gunshot victims has died.

Of the gunshot victims, at least nine were minors, aged between 6 and 15.

An official at a local hospital in Kansas City told TMZ that 11 of the 12 victims who were brought there were children, and nine were treated for gunshot wounds.

All 11 minor patients are expected to survive, the spokesperson confirmed.

Kansas City Fire Chief Ross Grundyson said eight of the gunshot victims suffered "immediate life-threatening injuries" and seven had life-threatening injuries.

The shooting took place shortly after the Chiefs' victory rally in Union Station, and players were still on stage when shots were fired.

In a statement posted on X, formerly Twitter, following the incident, a spokesperson for the Kansas City Chiefs said no players, coaches, staff, and family members of the team were injured in the shooting.

"We are truly saddened by the senseless act of violence that occurred outside of Union Station at the conclusion of today's parade and rally," the statement said. "Our hearts go out to the victims, their families and all of Kansas City."

Kelce attended the parade and victory rally with his mother, Donna Kelce, while Mahomes was joined by his wife, Brittany.

Kelce's girlfriend Taylor Swift, who watched the Chiefs' Super Bowl win against the San Francisco 49ers from a VIP box at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas Sunday, skipped the parade and rally.

Melbourne TV station 10 News First reported that the pop superstar headed to Australia for the next stop of her "Eras Tour" following the big game.
