Here's How Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Spent Their Valentine's Day
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle spent this year's Valentine's Day in Canada, where they braved freezing temperatures to mark the opening of the 2025 Invictus Games.
On Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex kicked off the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025's One Year to Go celebrations in Whistler, British Columbia.
Photos showed Markle and Prince Harry, who tied the knot in May 2018, holding hands as they stepped out in the snow.
Markle, 42, donned a winter white ensemble complemented by a black beanie, fur boots and a padded cream coat.
The 39-year-old prince, who participated in skiing using a specially adapted wheelchair, sported a gray beanie, a black puffer jacket and jeans.
The couple arrived in Canada by private jet the previous day to join the winter training camp for the participating nations, Page Six reported.
During the Sussexes' three-day Canada visit, Prince Harry is expected to share insights into his courtship of Markle during her time in Toronto filming "Suits," according to the outlet.
Vancouver holds a special place in the couple's hearts, as it was where they spent their first holiday season as a family of three in 2019 with their son, Prince Archie.
In 2021, Prince Harry and Markle marked Valentine's Day by announcing that the duchess was pregnant with their second child.
At the time, the couple shared a black-and-white photo showing Markle lying on the grass with her head on her husband's lap as she cradled her baby bump.
The Sussexes welcomed daughter Princess Lilibet in June that year.
The couple's visit to Canada came just days after the launch of their new Sussex.com website, described as a "one-stop shop" for their various activities.
The website provides the latest news about the couple, bios for both Prince Harry and Markle, and links to their Archewell Foundation organization and Archewell Productions hub.
The website, operated by the Office of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, features a photo of the couple at the 2023 Invictus Games closing ceremony on the homepage.
Among the latest updates on the site were the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 One Year to Go events, Markle's partnership with podcast network Lemonada Media and Prince Harry's recent appearance at the NFL Honors in Las Vegas.
The website also incorporates Markle's coat of arms, despite the couple's agreement not to use any royal links for work purposes after stepping back as working royals and moving to California in 2020.
