Kate Middleton 'Appears More Than Happy To Be Visible,' Body Language Expert Says
Kate Middleton and Prince William seemingly quashed rumors about her disappearance as they were spotted out and about over the weekend.
The Prince and Princess of Wales were spotted strolling at a farm shop in Windsor about a mile from their home on Saturday. One eyewitness saw the couple and filmed the sighting.
Judi James, a body language expert who regularly appears on several high-profile TV and Radio programs across many channels, including BBC News, Sky News, GB News and CNN, weighed in on Middleton's vibes during the outing.
"Kate's body language in this first sighting exceeds expectations," James told The Sun. "It offers reassurance plus an emphatic quashing of rumors flying around on social media. Kate appears more than happy to be visible, chatting to her husband happily."
She pointed out how the Duchess of Cambridge's hair was streaming behind her and the "cheek-rounding smile" on Middleton's face. According to James, the royal mother of three may have "no desire to be supported or protected" based on how she walked ahead of her spouse.
"Her stride looks wide, and her body posture makes her look healthy and energetic," James continued. "She looks happy to be out, happy to be with her husband and happy to be visible here."
The expert believes that the sighting was a "deliberate statement" about Middleton's condition, and she noted that it should end the "exhausting rumors on social media."
Nelson Silva, 40, was the one who captured the clip. According to him, the couple looked "relaxed," and they were choosing loaves of bread while he was shopping for steak when he saw them. He said he filmed Prince William and Middleton, who had obvious "chemistry" to show his family "how normal they were."
"I didn't feel like they were hiding who they were. But they didn't quite know how people would react because there has been this build-up about their whereabouts, and I got the sense they just wanted to be swift in there," he said about the sighting.
"Kate looked happy and relaxed. They look happy just to be able to go to a shop and mingle. Kate looked relieved like it was a success going to a shop. It felt natural."
Before the sighting, the future king praised his wife when he received a compliment for decorating biscuits with kids at the WEST Youth Zone in West London last week. The Duke of Cambridge said his wife was better at designing biscuits because she "is the arty one."
