Lamar Odom Still Considers Kardashians His 'Family,' Leaves Sweet Comment On Khloé's Post
Lamar Odom and Khloé Kardashian may have been divorced for nearly a decade, but he still considers the Kardashians "family."
Odom left a sweet comment under Khloé's birthday tribute for her brother, Rob Kardashian, who turned 37 on Sunday.
"My Family!!" the former NBA star wrote in the comments section of his ex-wife's Instagram post Sunday.
In her birthday tribute for Rob, Khloé shared several photos of her with her younger brother, along with a video of her children True and Tatum singing "Happy Birthday."
"Happiest of birthdays to My baby bobby boy!" Khloé wrote in the post. "Robert[,] I couldn't be prouder or more honored to say I am your sister. I couldn't be prouder to be living life with you. I couldn't be luckier that I get to call you whenever I want about absolutely nothing. And the coolest part is, you actually answer the phone for me ha!"
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum added that she was thankful for their bond as siblings and the relationship that their children have.
She went on to describe Rob as "one of the most loving, hysterical, gentle and majestic human beings" she's ever known.
"Being your sister is an absolute privilege," Khloé added.
In addition to Khloé, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian showered Rob with love on his birthday.
Jenner posted photos of Rob as a child and a snap of her son with his late father, Robert Kardashian, on Instagram.
Alongside the photos, the momager wrote: "I am so SO blessed, and I thank God that he chose me to be your mommy. I am the luckiest mother in the whole world!!!!"
Kim, for her part, called Rob "the sweetest funniest best brother in the world" in her own Instagram tribute.
Sharing a throwback photo with her younger brother, the Skims founder added, "I love you so much and so blessed to have [you] as my brother!"
Kourtney also took to her Instagram Story to post an old photo with Rob, along with a four-leaf clover emoji in honor of his birthday falling on St. Patrick's Day.
Meanwhile, Odom has been vocal about his regret for his behavior toward Khloé during their marriage.
The pair tied the knot in 2009 after one month of dating. Khloé filed for divorce in 2013, but she later rescinded the filing due to Odom's near-fatal overdose.
Khloé filed for divorce again in 2016, and their split was finalized later that year.
Last year, Odom opened up about cheating on the reality star during their marriage, admitting: "I put her through s**t."
In "TMZ Presents: Lamar Odom: Sex, Drugs & Kardashians," he confessed to having "full-blown relationships" while traveling for the NBA games.
"Your wife is Khloé Kardashian. You buggin'," Odom said. "I'm, like, laughing out of embarrassment right now. Like, how you thought you was [sic] going to get away with that one?"
During his appearance on "Celebrity Big Brother" in 2022, Odom said he would try to reconnect with Khloé.
"It would be a blessing just to be in her presence to just tell her I'm sorry and what a fool I was," Odom told his castmates at the time. "She has the right to never see me again for the things I put her through, but time moves on, and people change. I would say I'm a lot more loyal now."
Odom also admitted that he did "many things" wrong when they were together and that his head "wasn't in the right place" at the time.
"If I could take [it] back, of course, I would take it back. It was never my intention to hurt her," he added.
