Her announcement comes after her husband Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James announced his new podcast, admitting he was inspired to launch the studio series due to his frustration with the media, per Silver Screen & Roll.

The three-time All-Star MVP started "Mind the Game" along with JJ Redick, who went on to become a sports announcer at ESPN following his retirement from the NBA in September of 2021.

"I feel like we were losing the essence of the game of basketball and the true meaning behind the game of basketball and teaching our youth and teaching the people what the game of basketball really, truly means," James, 39, stated.

"I think I was getting very frustrated with the daily comparisons every single day. Who is better...or how does this affect your legacy or if this guy in the '50s, would he be this or if this guy in the '50s played in the 2000s," he explained.

"It's not good for the youth."

Savannah and LeBron James have been happily married since 2003, with the all-star lovebirds sharing a romance which started decades prior.

The two share three children together, LeBron "Bronny" James Jr., 19, Bryce Maximus, 16, and Zhuri Nova, 9.
