Shiloh Jolie-Pitt Ready To Join Hollywood; Follow Brad, Angelina's Footsteps As Producer, Director: Report
Shiloh Jolie-Pitt may be considering following in her dad Brad Pitt and mom Angelina Jolie's footsteps in pursuing a career in Hollywood.
Rather than acting, however, Shiloh is reportedly more keen on becoming a producer like Pitt or a director like Jolie, an unnamed insider told Life & Style magazine.
The insider claimed that the 17-year-old "can see herself working behind the scenes in Hollywood, producing like her dad or directing like her mom."
"She's been around the world and has experienced a lot already, so her background and observations could really take her far," the source added.
Shiloh had already dipped her toes in Hollywood with a few small roles as a child.
She made her onscreen debut at 2 years old in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" alongside Pitt. Shiloh also voiced Shuai Shuai in 2016's "Kung Fu Panda 3," in which Jolie lends her voice to martial arts master, Tigress.

Shiloh was also offered the role of young Aurora in her mother's 2014 film "Maleficent" but she turned it down.
The role was ultimately played by her younger sister, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, now 15.
Jolie and Pitt -- who split in 2016 and were declared legally single in 2019 -- also share Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, and Vivienne's twin brother Knox.
During a 2016 interview with BBC Radio 4's "Woman's Hour," Jolie revealed that her children were not interested in becoming actors like their parents.
"None of my kids want to be actors," the Oscar winner shared.
"They are actually very interested in being musicians. I think they like the process of film from the outside. Mad is interested in editing. Pax loves music and deejaying."
Jolie also shared during a 2019 interview with People that she invited her kids to make cameos in "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil" but "nobody was interested!"
She told the outlet that instead of acting, her children were into "business, humanitarian affairs, things like that."
As for Pitt, he told reporters in 2020 that he won't push Shiloh and his other children into pursuing a career in showbiz but would support whatever passion they had in life.
Asked if he would want his children to follow in his footsteps as an actor, Pitt said at the time, "We can have that conversation once they're 18."
"Listen, I want them to follow their bliss, follow their passions, whatever they're most interested in," he added.
"It's about guiding as you can, but they get to try everything on and try what their passion is. So, sure, why not?"
Pitt, however, publicly expressed support for his daughter Shiloh's passion for dancing after a video of her showing off her impressive moves surfaced in 2022.
Asked by Entertainment Tonight about Shiloh's love for dance, Pitt said, "It brings a tear to the eye, yeah."
Describing his daughter as "very beautiful," Pitt went on to joke, "I don't know where she got it from. I'm Mr. Two-Left-Feet here."
