Kanye West allegedly wanted to lock Donda Academy students in "cages" and told staff at his now-shuttered school that Bill Gates "controlled" gay people, a new lawsuit has claimed.

Former Yeezy and Donda Academy employee Trevor Phillips made the allegations in a lawsuit filed Tuesday, in which he claims he suffered harassment, discrimination based on race, humiliation, a hostile workplace, and retaliation from West during the nine months he worked for the artist, Rolling Stone reported.

West has not publicly addressed the lawsuit as of this writing.

Phillips, who was hired by the rapper in November 2022, alleged that Ye unleashed a "vulgar" tirade toward him in front of students and their parents and threatened him with "physical violence" while working for him.

The ex-employee claimed to have pushed back against the alleged "bigotry" displayed by West -- who was dropped by his business partners in October 2022 over his antisemitic remarks -- after the rapper allegedly repeated "dangerous rhetoric" in front of staff and students.

The Yeezy founder was also accused in the lawsuit of telling two students that he wanted to "shave their heads" and "intended to put a jail at the school," threatening them that they could be "locked in cages."

In addition to doubling down on his antisemitic comments, West also allegedly threatened to go after the LGBTQ community.

According to the suit, the artist allegedly believes "gay people are controlled by Bill Gates so that they don't have children for population control."

Phillips, who is Black, also alleged in the lawsuit that West treated Black employees "considerably worse" than white staffers. He cited a Black campus security guard quitting his job after the rapper allegedly ordered him to "shave his dreads" or be fired.

In addition, the former Yeezy employee accused West of sexual harassment after the artist allegedly engaged in "incessant inappropriate conduct" and showed off his "apparent arousal" when they met up for dinner at Nobu Hotel in Malibu, California, in December 2022 to discuss business plans.

The "Gold Digger" hitmaker also allegedly slammed Jewish people and gay people, praised Adolf Hitler, and said the Holocaust was "fake" in front of Phillips, the lawsuit claimed.

Phillips, whose daughter and younger brother attended Donda, said he was fired in May 2023 after West complained about a garden the ex-employee was tending to, according to the lawsuit.

Phillips claimed that he received far less than the salary of $100 per hour he was promised when he was hired. He also alleged that some of his payments were delayed after banks froze Yeezy's accounts.

He is seeking damages of over $35,000 from West and wants the court to issue an order preventing the artist from opening another school for children in California.

Phillips is not the first Donda Academy employee to sue West.

In April last year, two teachers filed a lawsuit against the rapper accusing him of race-based discrimination and illegal withholding of salaries, Page Six reported.

The Black female teachers also accused West and school directors of retaliating against them for reporting health and safety violations as well as unlawful educational practices by firing them in March 2023.
