Moses Brings Plenty, actor and uncle to Cole Brings Plenty, shared a poster online seeking information on Cole's whereabouts, appealing to fans for help in finding him.

Kansas police are actively seeking actor Cole Brings Plenty, known for his role in the 'Yellowstone' prequel series '1923,' following an alleged domestic violence incident occurring over the weekend. Lawrence Police Department, in a Facebook update on Tuesday, disclosed their submission of an affidavit to the District Attorney for his arrest.

The Lawrence Police Department stated that they've "identified him as the suspect, have probable cause for his arrest, and issued an alert to area agencies." His family reportedly listed him as a missing person, according to WFLA-8.

The alleged incident unfolded on Sunday morning in a Lawrence apartment, prompting a swift response from authorities after receiving distress calls. Despite the suspect's evasion before law enforcement's arrival, subsequent inquiries and surveillance footage led to Brings Plenty's identification.

The last known sighting indicated the 27-year-old's departure from the city in a 2005 white Ford Explorer, heading southbound on 59 Highway, as police continue their search efforts.

Regarding the ongoing investigation, the Lawrence Police Department emphasized the sensitivity of the matter, stating, "This incident involves allegations of domestic violence, which limits the amount of information we can share to protect the victim."

The department further asserted that no further details would be disclosed at this time. Despite inquiries, a spokesperson for the department confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that no additional information was available for release.

Michelle Shining Elk, a spokesperson for the Brings Plenty family, said in a statement to 'EW' that "despite our persistent efforts, we have been unable to establish contact with Cole; his disappearance without informing anyone of his whereabouts is uncharacteristic of Cole and deeply concerning. Regardless of the speculations, concrete evidence that Cole is on the run does not exist, and we urge everyone to refrain from making unfounded claims."

The statement continued: "We must allow the legal system to determine truth and justice - assigning guilt because someone is missing is not helpful to either party or the due process to which each of us has a right."
