Kanye West got slapped with a new lawsuit from a former employee.

Trevor Phillips, a former Yeezy and Donda Academy employee, has sued the "Gold Digger" rapper for alleged harassment, discrimination and having a hostile work environment, among others. In the document obtained by Page Six, he also detailed West's alleged inappropriate behavior around his staff.

Phillips recounted an incident when they were at a hotel, and West was allegedly spewing conspiracy theories about the Jews and praising Adolf Hitler. He tried to divert the conversation by praising Zoë Kravitz, who was on the TV at the time, saying the actress was "pretty."

"You look like Zoë Kravitz," West allegedly responded. But the Grammy winner reportedly clarified, "Yeah, you look like her... But, not like that. You are handsome, like in a Lenny Kravitz type of way."

Phillips said the conversation caused "discomfort" on his end. However, things got worse when the "All of the Lights" rapper went on and spoke about orgies while seemingly acting like he was masturbating.

"Just a few moments later while lying flat on the bed and staring up at the ceiling, Kanye began to make slow up and down motions with his hand just above his genitals -- as though he was masturbating," the lawsuit read.

"I used to have orgies every day -- at least two-to-three girls. And now, man, I can't even lay down without jacking off," West reportedly told Phillips.

Kim Kardashian's ex-husband allegedly used one of his hands to "forcefully and dramatically" grab and pull his other hand, "making the masturbatory gestures away from his crotch."

"I got to keep my hand away from my phone to keep me away from looking at pornos," West allegedly added.

Phillips said he was "totally shocked and distraught" by what he allegedly witnessed.

He also added that West FaceTimed a female pal whose nude photos the rapper flaunted to the staff at Yeezy. West allegedly told the unidentified woman, "Next time I see you, you better make sure you are wearing the lingerie and the shoes I got you."

The conversation left Phillips "troubled and uncomfortable" once more. According to him, fortunately, a Nobu room service "interrupted" West's alleged sexual drive.

Phillips stayed with West until 1 a.m. because he "felt a duty to his schoolchildren, including his younger brother and also daughter who both attended Donda Academy, not only to educate them but also now insulate them."

Phillips joined West's company in November 2022. In his lawsuit, he also accused West of allegedly telling two students he wanted to "shave their heads" and planned to put a jail at the school, threatening them that they could be "locked in cages."

West hasn't responded to the lawsuit as of press time.

Page Six reached out to West's camp but did not immediately receive a response.
