Alleged Diddy Sex Worker Instagram Model Jade Ramey Speaks Out: 'How Unfortunate'
Jade Ramey denied being one of Sean "Diddy" Combs' alleged sex workers.
The Instagram model, who was named in Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones' lawsuit against Diddy as one of the latter's alleged sex workers, shut down the claim. Ramey released a statement through her publicist, Eve Sarkisyan, at YES Public Relations to address the issue.
"Yes, I dated someone. Dating someone doesn't directly correlate to any of the false allegations made," Ramey said in the statement obtained by Entertainment Tonight.
"How unfortunate we've entered a time where caring for someone or falling in love is worthy of scrutiny in the court of public opinion. What may be amusing for you is real life for others, and my feelings have never been for entertainment, nor are they up for discussion."
Her statement continued, "We need to be more conscious as a society when ridiculing people's lives and relationships merely for enjoyment. I appreciate everyone's kind messages and support during this time. Thank you."
Diddy and Ramey sparked dating rumors when they were spotted snuggling and kissing while dining at Nobu in Malibu in December 2022, People reported. Before that, the embattled music mogul was linked to Yung Miami in 2021. However, the latter told XXL in September 2022 that they remained single despite their dating status.
"We are dating. We single, but we're dating. People don't know what dating means. He's single, I'm single, but we're dating. That's what I mean when I say we go together. When we're together, we're together. We're having the time of our lives, but we're still single," Miami said.
"He see (sic) other people outside of me, and I see people outside of him. I'm young. I'm dating. I'm, you know, having fun. I'm doing me. He's doing the same thing. I can't speak for exactly what he doing or who he seeing, but we single, and we dating. But we are dating each other, but we single. I think it just went over people's heads, you know? People just like to take whatever they wanna take from."
Based on Jones' court filing obtained by Us Weekly, Diddy "bragged about having several women on a monthly stipend," including Ramey, City Girls rapper Miami and 50 Cent's ex, Daphne Joy. The latter had also addressed the allegation and denied it.
"I am deeply hurt by the lies in Rodney Jones' lawsuit," Joy said in a statement shared on her Instagram account. "The claim that I am a sex worker is 100% false and character assassination. I am retaining an attorney to explore all legal remedies against both Rodney and his attorney."
