CBS' ‘The Talk’ Canceled After 15 Seasons, Final Show To Air In December
Daytime show 'The Talk' is bowing out after 15 running years airing on CBS.
Fans worldwide are preparing to bid farewell to a program that has not only entertained but also sparked meaningful conversations.
Debuting in October 2010, 'The Talk' quickly established itself as a refreshing addition to the daytime TV lineup. Despite chatter circulating that the show might be coming to a close, it was officially confirmed to the show's cast and crew Friday.

The original hosts included Julie Chen Moonves, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Marissa Janet Minokur, Leah Remini, and Holly Robinson Peete.
Throughout the running of the show, other hosts have been seated with the program including Aisha Taylor, Eve, Elaine Welteroth, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Marie Osmond.
Whether it was Julie Chen's iconic sign-off, Sharon Osbourne's unfiltered commentary, or Sara Gilbert's thoughtful insights, every host brought their unique perspective to the table. CBS' president Amy Reisenbach and studio president David Stapf stated the show "broke new ground" when it aired 14 years ago.

"It goes without saying that hosting and producing a year-round talk show is no easy task, and we express our sincere gratitude to our amazing hosts Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Natalie Morales, Jerry O'Connell and Sheryl Underwood, our executive producer/showrunner Rob Crabbe and the hardworking producing team and crew," a statement read, per Variety.
During the show's long standing journey, the series won numerous Daytime Emmy Awards.
The show has also won the People's Choice Award for Daytime TV Hosting Team and the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Talk Series.
'The Talk' has been celebrated for its compelling content, engaging hosts, and inclusive approach to storytelling.
The fan-favorite series will close the show with an abbreviated final season and series finale, called a "celebratory sendoff," set to air in December.
