The Zeus Network faces legal action against Goals Plastic Surgery for Rollie's statements about the latter on her new show on the network.

Goals Plastic Surgery is suing the network for trademark and copyright infringement in its new filing obtained by RadarOnline.com. The plaintiff claims that Zeus Network promised to put them in a "positive light" on Rollie's new show, "Transforming Rollie," which documents her BBL journey. However, it wasn't reportedly the case as the reality star made snide remarks about their services.

According to the facility's rep, the network agreed to let them review footage to ensure the program would not tarnish any other patients. Also, they wanted the program to proceed with caution due to the nature of reality TV.

"Defendant's representatives promised that the television production would be entirely positive, would benefit Goals' and Dr. Voskin's reputations by putting them in a positive light, and that the sole consideration for the services to be provided by Goals was the positive advertisements and representations stemming from the procedure," read a portion of the filing.

The "Baddies" star underwent Double BBL and a flex sculpt with Goals Plastic Surgery last year. The first procedure involved "autologous fat transfer to the buttocks and the hips," while the latter "easily removes unwanted fat from specified areas," according to the clinic's website.

However, following her second procedure in July 2023, Rollie's conduct was reportedly "beyond reproach." She allegedly made defamatory statements and claimed that the doctors were "unprofessional."

The plaintiffs added that she continued to defame them and falsely accused the clinic of "killing patients" and more.

Rollie, however, is not a defendant in the lawsuit. Goals Plastic Surgery took her arbitration in a separate battle.

The reality star's transformation with the help of the procedures is documented on her new show, "Transforming Rollie."

A few months ago, Rollie shared online that it was taking longer for her to heal because when she got her liposuction, Goals Plastic Surgery allegedly messed up her abdominal muscles. She even criticized it and called it "death surgery."

When she got her recent tummy tuck surgery, her surgeon reportedly had to first repair the damage done so she could still have nerves and feelings in that area. Due to that, she announced that she was reconsidering being on "Baddies Caribbean" as she would need two to three months to fully recover. Rollie later confirmed that she would not be on the show.

Rollie was initially happy with the results of her BBL. She even shared some posts on her Instagram Stories and proudly said she loved it because it "looks natural." At the time, many were expressing dissatisfaction with the cosmetic provider for their alleged unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness on pre-op consultations post-op and billing, per Madamenoire.

"Transforming Rollie" premiered on April 21.
