Jeannie Mai is accusing her estranged husband Jeezy of new disturbing allegations.

According to court documents obtained by The Shade Room, Mai claimed she was the victim of domestic violence at the hands of the musician. Documents outline multiple alleged instances of physical abuse toward Mai, 45.

One alleged incident occurred at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in San Francisco in April 2022. The media personality accused Jeezy, formally Jay Wayne Jenkins, of choking her from behind as she was going up the stairs, before pushing her down the stairs.

"You whore!" Jeezy allegedly said, per the filing. "I can't wait to divorce you when we get back." Mai, who claims she was held against her will in the vehicle, was then reportedly struck in the face with a closed fist by the rapper, resulting in a subconjunctival hemorrhage.

Later that week, the duo allegedly contacted their pastor and therapist for counseling related to alleged instances of repeated domestic abuse. According to TSR, all reports of alleged abuse were reported to a pastor, therapist, and a close friend of Mai's.

Another incident claims the "All There" rapper became disgruntled after not knowing Mai's whereabouts for 25 minutes, and reportedly demanded that they leave a UNCF event abruptly. Mai's attempt to escape from a vehicle afterwards reportedly resulted in a torn dress and scratches across her right breast.

Another incident alleges the Atlanta rapper injured himself and Mai after crashing their golf cart. Per the filing, the alleged aforementioned scenarios led to Jeezy apologizing, saying, "I'm so sorry, babe."

"Haven't forgiven myself for puttin' you in danger," he reportedly said. "I've been uneasy and sad about it."

Another alleged incident included concern over Jeezy's weapon, when their child, Monaco, reportedly nearly came in contact with an AK-47 located in a Louis Vuitton bag.

Per TSR, Jeezy was arrested in 2014 for battery, false imprisonment, and making threats to the mother of another one of his children.

The media outlet reported that the former 'Real' co-host mistakenly believed her estranged husband was a changed man before the marriage.

On Thursday, Jeezy is denying the “deeply disturbing” allegations made by Mai.

“The allegations are not only false, but also deeply disturbing, especially coming from someone I loved,” he told Page Six in a statement.

"This malicious attempt to tarnish my character and disrupt my family is ridiculous," he continued. "It’s disheartening to witness the manipulation and deceit at play and at this time my main concern is being an active father to our daughter as I continue to fight for court mandated joint custody.”
