Yung Joc Admits To Once Being A 'Womanizer' After Wife Kendra Said She Didn’t Want His Kids To Be Like Him
Yung Joc and his wife Kendra Robinson have endured some issues within their relationship, and considering Robinson's comments in a interview that went viral, one of them has to do with Joc's "womanizer" behavior.
Robinson's remarks were given during an interview with SUAVV magazine where she expressed her concerns surrounding her husband's potential to be a role model.
"Everybody ain't did what you done did," she said. "Your life is not normal. It ain't no model that I want Amir to follow, Amoni to follow, Cadence to follow... And I don't think their mothers would either," Robinson, 36, stated.
The "It's Goin' Down" rapper is the father of eight children; Amoni, Ja'Kori, Amir, Chase, twins Cadence and Camora, and twin girls Eden, and Allon, according to the Atlanta Black Star.
In the interview dating back to 2022, Joc, 43, asked his wife to elaborate, to which she clarified, "I would not want them to have as many children and I would not want them to have all these different situations. That's not something I would want for them."
Last week, in an interview with 'Culture Club Uncensored,' the 'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta' star, formally Jasiel Amon Robinson, admitted he now understands his wife's original words.
"She was just saying, you know, 'You done some things in your life that even you wish that you could go back and undo, or maybe if you could go back, you wouldn't have done it.' You know... maybe the way I treated some women," he admits.
"My actions may have said that I was somewhat of a womanizer... OK, and I understand," the rapper said. "So, when she told me, 'I don't want your sons to be like you,' I really would have appreciated had she put it more in the context of that, 'cause that actually was a conversation that you have privately."
The Atlanta native expressed that he loves his wife for her honesty, but still maintains that the interview went "left for a moment."
Joc stated that today they are doing well as a couple, and often host big family parties at their home.
The couple tied the knot in front of their closest friends and family on Nov. 7, 2021. Although Robinson and Joc do not share any biological children, the lawyer is the stepmother to his kids.
