Meghan Markle is allegedly getting more involved in Prince Harry's multi-sport event for the veterans, according to a royal expert.

The Duke of Sussex founded the Invictus Games in 2014. The international multi-sport event aims to help wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women. However, many are allegedly no longer as thrilled about the annual event.

Angela Levin, a distinguished journalist and Prince Harry's biographer, appeared on GBN America and spoke with Mark Dolan about the event. The TV presenter mentioned that "2,000 ex-military have left the games" because they reportedly felt that Invictus Games "lost its original meaning." Some veterans also allegedly want its founder, Prince Harry, to step down.

Levin believes the veterans might have felt that way because of Markle's increased involvement in the games. According to the "Harry: Conversations with the Prince" author, the Invictus Games has become "Meghan mainly, and Harry follows behind." She said that many people didn't like that.

"It's become much too royal. Meghan makes the speeches, she actually led a march where some of the ex-military people were either physically, emotionally or psychologically damaged, or all of it, during the fighting," Levin explained. "They were very upset about this because she knows nothing about how to march. And I think they don't want that."

Dolan asked Levin if the veterans felt the Invictus Games had become a "PR exercise for the Sussexes." The royal commentator agreed that it seemed to be the case.

"I think they feel very regretful that Harry is no longer on their wave. He's off thinking about Meghan, looking after her, making sure she's all right and they're not getting what they deserve, which is all the attention on them, not on Meghan," Levin said.

"The other thing they're upset about is they try to stay in the most expensive hotel, which takes money out of what is coming in for the victims. And I think they find they're just really quite difficult."

Levin previously claimed that Prince Harry's supporters were "sorry" and "angry" that his wife was taking over the Invictus Games.

Levin seemingly criticized the former actress for her alleged "extraordinary attitude" of thinking that "she's better than everyone."

"She comes over, she does a speech, she does a second speech, she leads people down the paths and the winners, and they say she knows nothing about fighting and going in wars," Levin said of Markle. "It was Harry's job, and I think they feel quite sorry for him. They're angry."
