Mo'Nique held nothing back as she went off on Oprah Winfrey during a recent insult-filled and profanity-laden stand-up show.

In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), the 56-year-old actress and comedian -- born Monique Angela Hicks -- took several shots at Winfrey, with whom she has a years-long feud.

At one point during her comedy set, Mo'Nique suggested that the media mogul's relationship with her best friend Gayle King may be more than platonic.

"Every time you see f***ing Oprah, you see f***ing Gayle. Best friends is what they say. I've never seen best friends like that ... Who was loving Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King? Each other," quipped Mo'Nique, who joined Katt Williams on his comedy tour.

The Oscar winner also called Winfrey and her fellow billionaire Tyler Perry "c**n motherf*****s" and got some audience members to chant, "F**k you, Oprah Winfrey," and "F**k you, Tyler Perry!"

Mo'Nique went on to say she loves Winfrey before slamming her as "simple-minded."

"I love that Black raggedy b***h," the comedian told the crowd. "I love that Black simple-minded motherf****r. I love Oprah Winfrey's Black a*s and we just need to bring her back to Black."

The "Precious" actress singled out an audience member and asked if he was an Oprah fan.

When he replied, "Yes," Mo'Nique said she was not apologizing for anything she said before encouraging the man to have sex with Winfrey to bring her "back to Black."

Mo'Nique later insisted that she was not intimidated by Winfrey despite her power in the entertainment industry.

"I'm too motherf*****g old to be scared of this b***h," the actress said during her set.

"I'm too old to be intimidated by this b***h. I'm too old to hold the motherf*****g truth!"

Winfrey has not publicly addressed Mo'Nique's remarks as of this writing.

The comedienne has long been a vocal critic of Winfrey and Perry after alleging that they helped get her "blackballed" from Hollywood.

The feud reportedly stemmed from the film that earned Mo'Nique her 2010 best supporting actress Academy Award, "Precious," which Winfrey and Perry produced.

In the run-up to the award season, Mo'Nique refused to promote the movie overseas because she didn't want to spend time away from her family and it allegedly wasn't in her contract.

During her interview on Shannon Sharpe's "Club Shay Shay" podcast in February, Mo'Nique addressed her feud with Winfrey, seemingly accusing the OWN Network founder of speaking ill about her behind her back.

"You've been unfair, you've been unjust and you watched a Black woman be thrown under the bus and you said nothing," Mo'Nique claimed of Winfrey.

The actress also said she felt "betrayed" by Winfrey when the former TV host sat down with Mo'Nique's brother Gerald Imes -- who admitted to molesting her as a child -- and her estranged parents for an interview on her show.

"We never talked about my mother being there," Mo'Nique alleged. "I understand it. But you betrayed me, sister."
