Meghan Markle allegedly wants to take more than what she can handle, making her a "total joke," according to a source.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have various projects in development after losing their Spotify deal. However, an unnamed insider has claimed that "almost everything they've tried has ended in disaster."

Markle allegedly tends to be "greedy" and "wants everything all at once." The unnamed source also told In Touch that she has "become a total joke and is overplaying her hand."

The outlet noted how Markle unveiled her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, and announced her and Prince Harry's upcoming Netflix shows after signing a podcast deal with Lemonada Media. The latter allegedly expected the podcast would be Markle's priority because she committed to them before signing another deal with Netflix and releasing her brand.

"That clearly didn't go down well with Lemonada," the palace source claimed. "They surely expected it to be Meghan's priority project, but she must have decided she had bigger fish to fry with Netflix. I'm told the Lemonada execs put the brakes on her new podcast until 2025 -- at least. It's another miscalculation by Meghan."

The insider anticipated Markle's latest ventures to fail and offered unsolicited advice to the duchess, saying she should make herself "likable to be marketable."

"Meghan's new ventures are destined to fail. She has no experience in building a brand, and someone must tell her she needs to be more likable to be marketable," the tipster continued.

"If the public doesn't like you, they won't get behind you, and no amount of money you throw at the problem will make it go away. Meghan is a control freak who's finding out you can't order someone to like you. She should have learned that lesson during her disastrous time at the palace, but she's too blinded by her own ambition to see it!"

The source also claimed that Markle had "the opportunity of a lifetime by marrying a real-life prince." She could have had the "spotlight forever" if she only accepted her royal role, but she gave it up for bigger things and ended up selling jams.

"No wonder people are laughing on both sides of the Atlantic! We hear Harry's laid down the law. He's mortified by the blowback over their sketchy projects and is insisting he won't tolerate another show business disaster. If the new projects go belly-up again, they are going to have to find new ways to pay their bills, including crawling back to the royal family," the insider added.

Despite the backlash, Prince Harry and Markle's fans have remained supportive of them and their business ventures. The couple recently landed the cover of Polo Lifestyle magazine for its May 2024 issue, and their supporters flooded it with positive feedback.

"I just LOVE the smell of REAL LIFE destroying each & every single fake narrative of the #ToxicBritishPress!" one fan wrote. "Congratulations to #PrinceHarry & #MeghanMarkle on landing the cover of Polo Lifestyle Magazine! The duo did indeed 'Sparkle In Palm Beach!'"

"[You] can't fight grace yall...damn my love M and bro in law H is eating everybody up. I looooove them," another Sussex fan commented.

A third person opined, "They keep winning. I love it for them."

"We should all buy a copy and make it a top seller," another supporter suggested.

"They really are so effortlessly cool, stylish & just bloody brilliant!" a different user remarked.
