Gisele Bündchen Was ‘Deeply Disappointed’ By 'Disrespectful' Marriage Jokes During Tom Brady’s Netflix Roast: Report
Gisele Bundchen reportedly wasn't happy with how her ex-husband Tom Brady discussing their marriage during his recent Netflix roast.
A source at PEOPLE claimed that a concerned Bundchen was "deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family on Sunday evening's roast show."
Although Brady, 46, was described as a "good sport" during the livestream, the source explained that the model's main priority is to "support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcasted."
During the Netflix special, 'The Roast of Tom Brady,' the seven-time Super Bowl champ was roasted by several famous friends including host Kevin Hart, Nikki Glaser, Kim Kardashian, Jeff Ross and others.
Many of the jokes involved the Brazilian supermodel, who he was married to for 13 years before they called it quits in 2022, and her new beau Joaquim Valente, who's a jiu-jitsu instructor.
"One of the smartest quarterbacks ever played a game. How did you not see this coming? Eight f*****g karate classes a day... Eight karate classes a day and she's still a white belt. F**k Tom," Hart, 44, joked.
"You [Brady] have seven rings — well, eight now that Gisele gave hers back," Glaser commented.
Bundchen, 43, has reportedly been dating the instructor since last year. The pair reportedly met while she was still married to the NFL MVP, although she maintains that the romance didn't start till after their marriage.
"This past week, Gisele has been tirelessly dedicated to aiding those in need in her home state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, which is grappling with the worst flooding in its history," the source claimed. "She was concerned about family affected by the devastating floods, so to hear her life being joked about was very disappointing."
Brady and Bundchen share two children together; Vivian, 11, and Benjamin, 14.
