Some social media users are pointing fingers at rapper Kendrick Lamar for alleged plagiarism suggesting he turned their archived tweets into lyrics on his Drake diss track "Not Like US."

A subset of these fans are requesting "writing credits" and "royalties."

The purportedly plagiarized tweets have circulated extensively, sparking both condemnation and support for the rapper.

One Lamar fan argued, "Kind of a stretch, I doubt Kendrick was scrolling all the way back to tweets from 2016/2021, and if he was to use social media lingo, what would it matter bc drake has most definitely used social media lingo in his songs plenty of times."

"These could be made up. Have they proved these are real people?" another supporter wrote.

A third commenter said, "Kendrick still hasn't addressed stealing bars either not the first time he's been accused of something like this."

The West Coast rapper and Drake are embattled in one of the most significant conflicts in recent rap memory.

The feud intensified with Drake's diss tracks "Pushups" and "Taylor Made," countered by Lamar's "Euphoria," "6:16 in LA," "Meet the Grahams," and "Not Like Us" each tackling different facets of the rivalry.
