Karrine Steffans Teases Follow-Up Book To 'Confessions Of A Video Vixen' For 20th Anniversary That Will Include 'Brand New Chapters'
Karrine Steffans teased a 20th-anniversary edition of her controversial book "Confessions of a Video Vixen" to include added, never-before-heard stories.
Last week, Steffans, also referred to as Superhead, posted a video on Instagram of her teasing a follow-up that will include "brand new chapters."
In the social media video, the 45-year-old is wearing a tan dress as she retrieves her previous best-selling books from a dresser. She makes a beverage in a kitchen while reading one of her books.
Steffans, born Elisabeth Ovesen, captioned the video with: "Who wants a 20th anniversary edition of Confessions of a Video Vixen with brand new chapters? Asking for a friend."

Text over the video included the book's previous massive success, including how she "still have more to say" after her books was purchased in "over eight continents," printed in "several languages," and sold "over a million copies."
Steffans' first three books, "Confessions of a Video Vixen" (2005), "The Vixen Diaries" (2007), and "The Vixen Manual: How to Find, Seduce & Keep the Man You Want" (2009) all made 'The New York Times' Best Seller list.
"Part tell-all, part cautionary tale, this emotionally charged memoir from a former video vixen nicknamed 'Superhead' goes beyond the glamour of celebrity to reveal the inner workings of the hip-hop dancer industry - from the physical and emotional abuse that's rampant in the industry, and which marked her own life - to the excessive use of drugs, sex and bling," the Amazon listing for her 2005 book reads.
The book detailed sexual relationships she claimed she had with numerous celebrities including Jay-Z, Ja Rule, Bobby Brown, Dr. Dre, DMX, Xzibit, Diddy, Usher, Shaquille O'Neal and Irv Gotti.
Her follow-up book in 2009 was a "titillating expose [that] chronicles the personal and professional adventures of this tabloid-laden socialite, dispelling some rumors while confirming others. Diaries unveil the heavily shrouded Hollywood backrooms and its coveted secrets. Offering her ardent fans answers to burning questions and presenting lessons learned, this book will surely not disappoint."
The Virgin Islands native became a music video model at the age of 21, appearing in Jay-Z's "Hey Papi" video in 2000. Steffans also appeared in videos with R. Kelly, LL Cool J and Mystikal.
Steffans appeared on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' in a segment titled "Smart Women on 'Stupid Girls' " in April 2006 where guests discussed the "objectification of women."
