Barron Trump Speaks To A Mar-A-Lago Guest, Sounds Like Dad Donald And Older Brothers
Barron Trump was caught on camera speaking for the first time.
Donald and Melania Trump's son has been visible in multiple public outings. However, he has remained silent in all of them, prompting some to wonder what his voice sounds like.
Interestingly, a netizen recently shared a clip of Barron speaking to one of the guests at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida. The footage was likely taken in March when the Trumps had an Easter dinner because Barron was wearing the same yellow tie in the video. However, it could also be from another outing.
The clip received several reactions, with some saying Barron's speaking voice sounded similar to that of his dad, Donald. Others said he sounded like his older brothers, Eric and Donald Trump Jr.
"Sounds like Kermit and Eric combined," one commented.
Another added, "Sounds like his brothers."
"He sounds like his Dad years ago," another remarked.
However, more netizens said that Barron sounded the most like his big brother, Donald Jr.
"He sounds like his brother Jr," one person said with a face holding back tears emoji.
A second person agreed, sharing the same sentiment, "He sounds like Don Jr."
Another said, "Exactly what I thought."
"Sounds like Don Jr exactly! Omg! Do we have to hear him [for] the rest of my life? I was hoping this s**t would be done & over ASAP," another opined.
"He sounds just like Don Jr to me. They all have the same accent but Don Jr & Barron seem to have a softer tone..so precious," another netizen said.
The clip of Barron's voice made headlines shortly before his mom released a statement clarifying that he pulled out of being a delegate nominating his father for president.
"While Barron is honored to have been chosen as a delegate by the Florida Republican Party, he regretfully declines to participate due to prior commitments," Melania's office said in a statement to the Daily Mail on behalf of her son.
Other family members like Don Jr., his fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle, Eric, Tiffany and her husband, Michael Boulos, are all delegates at large for the state of Florida. However, Ivanka, who said she would no longer be part of her dad's latest campaign, was not on the delegate list.
"I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family," Ivanka said in a statement released on the same night Trump announced his presidential bid.
"I do not plan to be involved in politics. While I will always love and support my father, going forward, I will do so outside the political arena."
