Meghan Markle's popularity in the U.K. continues to drop, while her sister-in-law Kate Middleton remains the most well-liked member of the British royal family, according to a new poll.

YouGov released the results of its royal family favorability poll for May, showing the percentage of Brits who like and dislike the British royal family and its members.

According to the survey, the Duchess of Sussex -- who previously faced allegations of bullying palace staff -- remains one of the least popular royals, with 65% of respondents holding a negative view of Markle and only 22% having a positive view of her.

This marked a drop in favorability for the former "Suits" star from April when YouGov's poll showed 64% of British adults did not like Markle and 26% did.

Based on the May poll results, her husband Prince Harry's popularity also hasn't recovered as 61% of respondents viewed him unfavorably and just 29% viewed him favorably.

Meanwhile, the Princess of Wales -- who continues to be out of the public eye while she undergoes cancer treatment -- was No. 1 on the royal family favorability list for the second month in a row.

For May, 74% of Brits said they have a favorable view of Middleton, while just 13% said they don't.

Her husband and Prince Harry's brother, Prince William, came second on May's rankings, with 73% of respondents having a positive opinion of him and 18% having a negative view.

Third place went to Queen Elizabeth II's daughter Princess Anne, who is liked by 70% of Brits and disliked by just 13%.

Prince William and Prince Harry's father King Charles III, who is also battling an unspecified form of cancer, was the fourth most well-thought-of royal for May.

Of the respondents, 64% said they hold a positive view of the monarch, while 28% said they have a negative view of him.

He was followed by Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, and her husband, Prince Edward, who are both liked by more than 50% of Brits.

King Charles' wife, Queen Camilla, ranked seventh on the list, with exactly half of Brits viewing her favorably and 38% viewing her unfavorably.

Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice had better results than their cousin, Prince Harry, with 37% of respondents having a positive opinion of the sisters.

Their disgraced father, Prince Andrew, however, remained the most unpopular royal, with the country's view of him being mostly unfavorable at 86%.

Overall, 60% of British adults said they like the royal family in general, while 32% indicated that they don't, according to the May poll.

Despite the poll results, Markle and Prince Harry's moves continue to attract massive publicity, with the latest being their three-day tour of Nigeria last week.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited the country to highlight some of the causes they care most about and promote Prince Harry's Invictus Games, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.

Before they wrapped up the visit on Sunday, Markle was honored with new royal titles by three traditional rulers.

Among these was "Ada Mazi," which, according to CNN and the Daily Mail, means "the daughter of the Igbo ancestral palace" or "daughter of an aristocrat."
