Shilo Sanders And Mom Pilar Sanders Unfollow Each Other On Instagram Amid Family Feud
No one wins when the family feuds.
Shilo Sanders and his mother, Pilar Sanders, are no longer following each other on Instagram amid public back-and-forth between some of the Sanders' family members online.
Despite the unfollowing, Pilar, who was married to Deion Sanders from May 1999 through June 2013, supported her eldest son after he made his acting debut on Starz' "BMF." Shilo, 24, portrayed a young version of his former Dallas Cowboys superstar father.
"Proud Mommy moment, that's right, that's Shilo," said Pilar, 49, with a screenshot of Shilo on-screen. "Mommy's firstborn on 'BMF.' Starz, they are introducing him. This is his first script role."
Next to the post she captioned: "YEEESSSSSIIIRRRR WE'VE GOT ANOTHER ACTOR IN THE HOUSE!!! CONGRATULATIONS SON!"
"Hiis first scripted role (playing his dad) you did a FABULOUS job!!! So proud of you!! ️️️️️️️everybody go check it out and tell them congratulations," she concluded the post with a variety of emojis.
Although she used his name as a hashtag in the caption, she did not tag Shilo in the post.
It is unclear when exactly the mother and son quit following each other. The unfollowing occurred weeks after the mother of three publicly criticized Deion Sanders for not supporting their daughter Shelomi's transfer from the University of Colorado Boulder — where he coaches football — to an HBCU.
Shelomi, 20, entered the player's transfer portal after one season with the Buffaloes. According to the Atlanta Black Star, the 5'6 baller played 11 combined minutes across five games. Her father, affectionately called Coach Prime, called his daughter's decision to transfer "stupid."
"You don't enter the portal — you get a team. You kind of get a team before you enter the portal," the college football coach said. "You don't — that's what I would advise a child. And I know, 'Well, it's illegal.' Come on, man ... everybody that knows somebody, knows somebody. ... You kind of want them to do something, and she has been truly advised."

"You gotta understand, I'm a father. I'm a real father. I'm a real man. I'm a real dad. Where I come from, historically, kids follow their parents. When do parents start following the kids?" Deion, 56, asked.
Shelomi sent her dad a message through her mom's vlog, saying, "Super like, can you at least act like you support me?"
On April 26, Shelomi was picked up by the Alabama A&M Bulldogs.
While Shelomi was asking for support, Deion's eldest daughter Deiondra Sanders commented on his Instagram post of his new Lamborghini, "Get yours, daddy!"
Deion replied: "Love u and yo lil baby."
