Ben Affleck Spotted Leaving Home Without Jennifer Lopez Amid Rumors He Already Moved Out Of Dream House With Wife
Ben Affleck seemingly fueled the split rumors with Jennifer Lopez in his recent sighting, according to a report.
The "Justice League" actor was caught driving his car and leaving a home in the Brentwood neighborhood without his wife Thursday morning. However, the actor was still noticeably wearing his wedding ring.
According to TMZ, Affleck, 52, has been staying on the property and is reportedly occupying it without Lopez amid the split rumors. The "Gone Girl" star has been seen coming from and going to the same house. He has been spending the nights there too and has never been seen in his shared home with the "Marry Me" actress --- the one they bought last year, the outlet noted.

Per TMZ, it appeared that Affleck has been staying in the Brentwood house over the past week or so. It was reportedly near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner's home. The exes were seen together over the Mother's Day weekend with their two children - Violet, 18, and Samuel, 12. They also share another daughter, Serafina aka Fin, 15.
Affleck's latest sighting came amid another report claiming that he had already left his marital home as he and Lopez were allegedly heading for divorce.
"Ben already moved out, and they'll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for. They'll never stop loving each other, but she can't control him, and he can't change her. There's no way it could have lasted," an unnamed source told In Touch.

The same insider implied that Lopez was responsible for the marital strife.
"The writing is on the wall -- it's over," the source added. "They're headed for a divorce -- and for once, [Ben's] not to blame!"
The "Let's Get Loud" singer was also seen on a separate outing on Tuesday without Affleck. During the sighting, Lopez was reportedly house hunting with her producing partner, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, in Beverly Hills. The singer-actress was seen exiting a luxury property.

Affleck and Lopez purchased a $60 million mansion in Beverly Hills last year. The 38,000-square-foot property features 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and an indoor sports complex with a full gym, basketball court, pickleball courts, boxing ring, sports lounge and a bar.
The couple reportedly paid in cash, and the purchase was a great deal because it was previously listed for $135 million in 2018, but the price was dropped down to $75 million in early 2023.
The estate overlooks "magnificent mountain views" and was "exquisitely designed and built with impeccable taste," according to its listing.
