DeMarco Morgan's photos showing him posing in skin-tight bike shorts recently turned heads and raised eyebrows -- and a recent change at ABC News is reportedly to blame.

On April 21, the "Good Morning America 3" co-host took to Instagram to share a carousel post showing him posing with his bike in Santa Monica, California. He wore a green and moss-colored skin-tight biking attire and drew in racy and thirsty responses from the netizens on IG.

"Mr. D, stop teasing us women," commented one netizen.

"Sir. It's the Lord's day. Where is your church lapcloth?" quipped someone else.

"Sir, we can see your... NVM, great pics," wrote a different commenter.

"DAMN! You never know what people are hiding under their suits. It's like Super Man and Clark Kent," opined another person.

"Zoom zoom," joked a different netizen.

"A complete package," said another.

Amid the reactions Morgan's photos generated, ABC News staffers have allegedly raised alarms, a source told the New York Post.

"Disney is a family-friendly business. His Instagram has ABC News all over it. A journalist should report the news, not be the news. I don't know how they could expect audiences to take him seriously," a source said.

Staffers also claimed that the "controversy" was a result of ABC laying off its social media executives, whose duties included monitoring the online presence of the network's on-air talents. The layoffs were reportedly part of a restructuring by its corporate parent Disney.

ABC News reportedly underwent a round of layoffs and leadership team realignment in March 2023, according to Deadline.

"Throughout the company, teams are being impacted by the downsizing that was announced several weeks ago, including our own ABC News family. While these actions are never easy, they are a necessary step to ensure we're on solid footing for the years ahead as we chart a sustainable, growth-oriented path forward for the entire organization," ABC News President Kim Godwin wrote in a note to their staff.

"While this is a difficult time for all of us -- particularly those directly affected by these tough decisions -- it's important to remember that together, we are resilient, and will emerge from this period of transition stronger than before."
