The members of the K-Pop girl group 2NE1 reunited to mark their 15th anniversary.

On Thursday, KST, leader CL took to Instagram to share commemorative group photos with the other members: Sandara Park, Park Bom and Minzy. In the photos, the K-Pop stars sported fierce black and white outfits.

Aside from the photos, CL penned a heartwarming message written in Korean and English for her group members and their fandom, Blackjack.

"2NE1 has always been my house that made me feel the freedom to love, to play, to express, to create, to shine, to mix, to connect and share with people. Hope today 2NE1 reminds you to feel your light. Thank you always. NOLZA. Much love, CL," she wrote, referencing the title of the group's debut concert tour, "Nolza!"

Meanwhile, Dara, Bom and Minzy posted the same group photos along with a short anniversary greeting on their respective Instagram accounts.

With the posts and the new set of group photos, many fans wondered if 2NE1 has a comeback in the works.

"Don't tease us. Seriously, we want the best of the best to come back," commented one fan.

"Queen! Is this a comeback? A new group photo," asked someone else.

"We need a comeback," wrote a different commenter.

"Please tell me this is [a] comeback," said another fan.

"OMG, you made my day with these pics... If you all can work as a group again, I am sure that you [will] blow up and create new masterpieces again," remarked a different netizen.

As of press time, there is no official announcement on whether the four-member girl group will be making a comeback or not.

2NE1 debuted under YG Entertainment in May 2009. The group cemented its popularity with several hits, including "Fire," "I Am The Best," "I Don't Care," "Lonely" and "Come Back Home," among many others.

However, the group disbanded in November 2016 and pursued solo careers. At the time, the entertainment company reportedly gave up on the girl group as it was allegedly unable to control one of the four members, per NME.

Six years later, the girls officially reunited on the Coachella main stage in April 2022. It marked their first time to perform together again on stage after their disbandment.

The four members performed their 2011 track "I Am The Best" following a solo mini-set by CL.
