10 Photos That Prove Barack Obama Is A 'Better Physical Specimen' Than Donald Trump

Former U.S. President Donald Trump delivered a speech at the National Rifle Association annual meeting in Dallas, Texas, on Saturday. In his address, he claimed he is a "healthier" and a "better physical specimen" than Barack Obama.

"When he was the doctor at the White House, they asked him, 'Who's healthier? Who's a better physical specimen? Is it Trump or is it Obama?'" he said, before introducing Dr. Ronny Jackson.

"And he said, 'Not even close. It's Donald Trump."

However, his remark received different reactions online, especially on X, formerly Twitter. Many netizens called Trump "delusional." Others strongly disagreed with the statement, saying Obama is better.

In May 2009, the 44th President graced the cover of Washingtonian magazine showing off his chiseled bare chest wearing nothing but swimming trunks and sunglasses.

In May 2017, the first African-American president in U.S. history played a round of gold at the Old Course in St. Andrews, Scotland.

He was photographed wearing a cap, light-colored polo, pants and a pair of Nike sneakers while seemingly thinking of his next shot.

3. Obama doing pushups

Obama wowed the attendees of the annual Easter Egg Roll on the White House tennis court on April 9, 2012, when he did some pushups in his semi-formal wear.

4. Obama biking with his daughter during a vacation

Showing off his love for an active lifestyle, the then-president spent some time biking with his daughter Malia while on vacation at Martha's Vineyard in West Tisbury, Massachusetts, on Aug. 16, 2013.

Aside from golf and biking, among many other activities, Barack is also into basketball. In April 2016, he took a shot while playing the game at the annual Easter Egg Roll.

In 2020, TMZ obtained a video of Obama paddleboarding only wearing black shorts and described his body as "looking as fit as it did before he took office."

The former president looked fit and in good form as he threw out the first pitch of the Major League Baseball All-Star Game on July 14, 2009, at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri.

Meanwhile, a photo of Trump on the third day of the LIV Golf Invitational - Bedminster at Trump National Golf Club on August 13, 2023, showed him looking dejected.

In other photos, his belly appeared to be protruding from his white shirt.

In March 2015, trump attended a press conference to announce the PGA Grand Slam of Golf site at Trump National Golf Club Los Angeles.

He seemed to be on the heavier side at the time, as seen on his neck, jaw and chin.
