Jimmy Fallon Finds Out He Blew His Chance To Date Nicole Kidman After She Admitted She Liked Him: 'Maybe He’s Gay?’
Jimmy Fallon was in stitches after he found out that bombshell actress Nicole Kidman was into him — and he was completely oblivious.
In a throwback episode of 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' which recently resurfaced on TikTok, the host reflected on the day Kidman came to his apartment back when he only had "video games and sneakers."
"Do you remember this? It's really embarrassing for me" Fallon, 49, said. The story began with him walking down the street in New York City when he received a phone call from a mutual friend named Rick.
"I have Nicole Kidman with me, and she wants to meet you — maybe to be in 'Bewitched,' " Fallon recalled Rick saying. He explained he'd bring Kidman to his apartment in 10 minutes, which left Fallon flustered. "I don't have anyone at my house, I have video games and sneakers."
Fallon explains the moments he had to prepare, walking into a deli to buy Brie cheese for the occasion, to which he responds he "didn't even know what [cheese] that is." It's at this moment that Kidman, 56, chimed in saying, "I just remembered I liked you."
"Not now," Kidman clarified, "I'm married now." Fallon was seemingly shocked to hear the revelation. "Wait, what?!" he exclaimed in a confused manner.
"So I go over though, and you're there in a baseball cap. And like... nothing," she says, imitating an introverted Fallon. "And you wouldn't talk, you didn't say anything!"
"And then you put a video game on or something," she laughed hysterically. "And I'm like, 'This is so bad' — it was bad!" she exclaimed. "So after about an hour and a half I thought, 'He has no interest, this is so embarrassing.' " The TV host responded, "I had no clue at all!"
Kidman went on to admit the thoughts that ran through her head after the painfully awkward visit. "And I kinda left, and went, 'Okay, no chemistry.' And then I was like, 'Maybe he's gay?' " the 'Bombshell' actress said.
In conclusion, Fallon comedically waves goodbye to the audience after the story of the grand mishap of fumbling 'Batman Forever' star Nicole Kidman — his face red with embarrassment.
