Travis Scott, Tyga, And Cher's Boyfriend ‘AE’ Brawl Onstage During Cannes Film Festival
Travis Scott and Tyga, both former flames of Kylie Jenner, found themselves embroiled in a heated altercation at a post-event bash during the Cannes Film Festival.
TMZ reports that the Thursday scuffle also roped in Southside, a notable Atlanta rap producer, and Alexander "AE" Edwards, the current partner of Cher and a prominent record executive.
According to outlet, the conflict first erupted when Scott, 33, Tyga, and Edwards were in close proximity to the DJ booth. Allegedly, promoter Richie Akiva singled them out over the mic, which didn't sit well with Scott, particularly being lumped together with the other two.
TMZ asserts that Scott purportedly issued threats towards Tyga's security detail and briefly exited the stage, only to return accompanied by Southside, 35, sparking a pushing altercation.
DJ Akademiks obtained a clip of the scuffle involving the hip-hop mainstays.
"We've got an exclusive perspective on the situation. It seems Tyga didn't need to intervene directly; instead, his associate AE, who happens to be Amber Rose's former partner, found himself in a confrontation with Southside from 808 Mafia and Travis Scott," he captioned the social media post. "The spark for this altercation reportedly ignited when Travis Scott took issue with Tyga receiving recognition for his presence at the event. Let's hope for calm and resolution. It's worth noting that both Tyga and Travis Scott have had romantic ties with Kylie Jenner."

Scott and Southside retreated to their cars, according to a source who also told 'Page Six' that Tyga, 34, Edwards and their friends stayed at the event.
An insider told the outlet: "The party went until about 9 a.m., but it was beginning to wind down [during the incident]."
"The fight went on for a pretty long time before security got in," they said. "Someone cut the music and finally calmed everything down."
According toTMZ, there were no injuries sustained during the altercation and the festivities resumed once the "ASTROWORLD" rapper and Southside exited the scene.
