Angelina Jolie's Daughter Vivienne Drops Brad Pitt's Surname; Follows Sister Zahara's Footsteps
Vivienne appears to have dropped "Pitt" from her last name like her older sister Zahara.
In the Playbill of the musical "The Outsiders" produced by Angelina Jolie, the 15-year-old's name was listed as Vivienne Jolie under the Producer Assistant role instead of Vivienne Jolie-Pitt.
It is not confirmed whether she has changed her legal name, according to People.
Dropping their father Brad Pitt's surname does not seem to be new for the children of the celebrity ex-couple.
In November 2023, Zahara dropped Pitt from her name when she introduced herself as the new member of the Mu Pi chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority at Spelman College.
"My name is Zahara Marley Jolie," she said, as seen in the video uploaded by Essence on Instagram.
Meanwhile, their sister Shiloh has subtly introduced herself as Shi Jolie on her private Instagram account.
Lil Kelaan Carter tagged her account @sh1lohj in a video of her dancing in the Movement Lifestyle studio earlier in May.
These name changes reportedly came years after the "Maleficent" actress first filed for divorce from the "Fight Club" actor in 2016, along with sole physical custody of their six children: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Vivienne and Knox.
Following the couple's split in 2016, Jolie allegedly fired Tony Webb, a former British SAS special forces solider and founder of SRS Global Security, who worked for their family for over two decades since 2000.
Webb said he, along with another personnel, was fired after they sided with Pitt.
He also claimed that the actress encouraged her kids not to spend time with their dad amid their legal battle.
"One of those two individuals, Ross Foster, specified that he intended to testify regardless of the NDA if he received a court subpoena. When Mr. Foster told me this, he also told me that if asked, he would testify about statements he overheard that Ms. Jolie made to the children, encouraging them to avoid spending time with Mr. Pitt during custody visits," he said in his declaration.
