Shante Broadus, Snoop Dogg’s Wife, Opens New Strip Club In Los Angeles After Posting Cryptic Message He Cheated
Snoop Dogg's significant other has ventured into a new business.
Shante Broadus, the spouse of the "Gin and Juice" artist, has opened up a strip club in Los Angeles named The Players Club.
Auditions for dancers were held over the weekend and the grand opening was Wednesday.
According to TMZ, a number of high-profile celebrities were anticipated to attend, including Tiffany Haddish and Cedric the Entertainer, as well as rappers Too $hort and Big Boi. The music will be kept lively by DJ Drama and Sky High Baby.
Ahead of the grand opening, Broadus, 52, seemingly hosted a trial run at her new venue. Recent videos show her, her husband Snoop Dogg, real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., and friends enjoying themselves inside the club.
Snoop Dogg, 52, and Shante Broadus first crossed paths as teenagers at Long Beach Polytechnic High School in California. They married on June 14, 1997, at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Marina Del Rey, California.
Snoop Dogg and Shante Broadus are parents to three children: Corde, 29, Cordell, 27, who works in music and fashion, and Cori, 24, a singer and songwriter.
Despite fame's challenges, including speculation of Snoop's unfaithfulness, the high school sweethearts' love has kept their family strong.
On April 21, Broadus posted a meme on her Instagram with the text: "They never cheat with prettier, they cheat with easier." The post has since garnered over 21,000 Likes and a bevy of comments. The post sparked speculations her husband of over two decades was unfaithful again.
In 2004, the couple were on the brink of divorce after Snoop reportedly admitted to various infidelities throughout their relationship. They reconciled and renewed their vows in a surprise ceremony organized by Snoop in 2008.
"It's beautiful," Snoop said about his mended relationship with Shante. "We don't look back no more."
