A source shared that Baumgartner has said of Connor that he "is the man that she wants to spend the rest of her life with." According to reports, Connor has also told associates his plans to marry Baumgartner.
A wedding date has not yet been set and it's unclear whether Josh has already proposed.
Over Memorial Day weekend, both Baumgartner's and Connor's families were seen having dinner together at Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club. The two both have three children.
Baumgartner's children are Cayden, Hayes, and Grace, whom she shares with the actor. Connor's children are Lily, John, and Abigail. Lily and John were reportedly not present at the dinner.
Christine, 50, and Kevin separated in April 2023 due to irreconcilable differences. Baumgartner led the break-up which sources told "US" left the 'Yellowstone' actor heartbroken.
"Kevin loves his wife and children so this has been very hard on him," the insider claimed. "He is saying that this is his worst nightmare and he would do anything for his family."

In June 2023, a source close to Baumgartner told the same outlet how Christine was "so angry with Kevin for what she feels led to the end of their marriage — him putting work ahead of the family."
Her new partner, Josh Connor "knows he can give her what Kevin didn't, even though he is a high-powered executive with his own demanding career," a source shared with "Daily Mail."
The source continued, "He also knows how important her children are to her — as his are to him. Trying to blend two families isn't easy but she's worth it."
