Nick Pasqual left his ex-girlfriend, Allie Shehorn, for dead after he allegedly brutally attacked her, according to a report.

Pasqual, 35, allegedly attacked Shehorn in her own home, stabbing her over 20 times on May 23. The incident happened just three days after she filed for a restraining order against the "Rebel Moon" actor for abuse, the Daily Mail reported.

Pasqual reportedly attempted to flee to Mexico. However, he was arrested in Sierra Blanca, Texas. He was charged with a felony at 10 a.m. on the same day. But he bonded out of jail at 3:23 p.m. that afternoon.

In her filing, Shehorn claimed that he allegedly beat her with a belt on Jan. 29. She also alleged that Pasqual raped and choked her on April 14 at an Airbnb.

According to Shehorn, they had been drinking the previous day and begun having sex early in the morning, but he was hurting her, so she asked him to stop. However, he held her down by both wrists as she struggled to free herself.

When she was finally free from him, he was reportedly furious and unleashed an angry tirade, telling her she didn't love him if she didn't allow him to orgasm. When she attempted to leave the room, he allegedly grabbed her by the throat and squeezed her. He only released her when she threatened to scream.

"He has been violent in the past but never physically with me apart from two nights where he ripped clothes off of me [sic]," she added.

Her filing happened after a violent incident on May 18. He allegedly became angry around 3 a.m. and started yelling and screaming, which was typical when he was under the influence.

"He slapped me across the face, and as I was trying to get away down the hallway, he grabbed my hair and pulled me back, and I slammed into the floor, hitting the back of my head on the ground," she said.

She hid in the bedroom and called a friend, Christine White, who shared their home, for help. However, he allegedly tried to batter the door down, so she unlocked it, but he shoved it against her, causing her to fall to the ground. The incident left her with a concussion, and Pasqual allegedly threatened White when she dialed 911.

A hearing to make the temporary restraining order permanent had been set for June 11. Pasqual is also due to appear in court for a felony charge in San Fernando on June 12.

Per the Daily Mail, Pasqual has previous convictions, including a DUI in 2013 and another the following February.

Shehorn's friends, Emily MacDonald and Jed Dornoff, started a GoFundMe for her. On the page, they said that "she was stabbed multiple times by her ex-boyfriend," leaving her "in the hospital fighting for her life, in critical condition."

Dornoff has been sharing updates about her recovery progress on Instagram. Earlier this week, he said Shehorn was still in a lot of pain, but she could talk. He also asked the public to keep her in their thoughts and prayers.

In another post, Jed shared a snap of Shehorn on her feet, seemingly trying to make a step with a walker and two nurses.

"Allie Shehorn @allieshehornart is making positive steps to her recovery. [mending heart emoji]. It's still a very long road, but she is facing it with courage and determination," he wrote in the caption.
