As we move forward to a new month this year, more shows will be introduced and released on Netflix, including new episodes of some of your favorite series.

However, with the arrival of new movies and shows comes the exit of some. Sadly, the days are numbered for a handful of films and series viewers grew to love on Netflix.

With that, here's a list of new releases to watch out for and old ones to catch up on in the U.S. before they officially leave the video-on-demand over-the-top streaming service, according to JustWatch, the ultimate streaming guide for movies and TV shows.

What's New

1. "The Price of Nonna's Inheritance"

The sequel to "The Price of Family" starring Christian De Sica, Angela Finocchiaro and Dharma Mangia Woods, among many others, is coming to Netflix on June 4.

"The Price of Nonna's Inheritance" follows the story of a grandmother who falls for a cheeky suitor with dubious intentions and her family who devises a secret plan to protect her and their inheritance.

2. "Sweet Tooth" S3

The third and final season of the award-winning series "Sweet Tooth" will come to an epic conclusion on June 6, only on Netflix.

In this final chapter executive produced by Robert Downey Jr. and Susan Downey, "Gus and his friends embark on a harrowing journey in hopes of curing the Sick -- and finally discovering the truth about hybrids."

3. "Hit Man"

Writer/director Richard Linklater and his co-writer Glen Powell's "Hit Man" will hit the streaming platform on June 7.

This killer comedy follows the story of a mild-mannered professor moonlighting as a fake hit man. However, he will face trouble when he falls for a potential client.

4. "Mysteries of the Terracotta Warriors"

On June 12, Netflix viewers who are into history should watch out for the release of this feature documentary about an 8,000-strong army of pottery soldiers created to guard the mausoleum of China's first emperor.

"Mysteries of the Terracotta Warriors" is created by the makers of the 2020 documentary "Secrets of the Saqqara Tomb."

5. "Bridgerton" S3 Ep. 5-8

Following the arrival of the first episodes of "Bridgerton's" third season is the release of episodes 5-8 on June 13.

In the latest episode of the historical romance TV series' newest season, Colin (Luke Newton) catches feelings for Penelope (Nicola Coughlan) while helping her find a husband.

6. "Ultraman: Rising"

Coming to Netflix on June 14 is the epic adventure directed by Shannon Tindle of "Lost Ollie" and his co-director John Aoshima of "Kubo and the Two Strings."

In this new film, baseball star Ken Sato "takes on the mantle of Ultraman" and shields Tokyo from rising giant monster attacks while fulfilling parenthood duties.

7. "Outstanding: A Comedy Revolution"

On June 18, the first feature-length documentary to examine the history of queer stand-up comedy will premiere on Netflix.

The 1h and 39m funny and heartfelt documentary will feature Emmy winners and nominees including Lily Tomlin, Wanda Sykes, Eddie Izzard, Rosie O'Donnell, Margaret Cho and Scott Thompson, among many others.

8. "Black Barbie"

The "Black Barbie" documentary, executive produced by Shondaland's Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers, LinLay Productions' Grace Lay and Sumalee Montano, Lady & Bird Films' Camilla Hall, Milan Chakraborty and Jyoti Sarda, explores the impact of the three Black women at Mattel, who became instrumental for the debut of Black Barbie in 1980.

9. "Trigger Warning"

Jessica Alba stars as a skilled Special Forces commando taking ownership of her father's bar after his sudden death in the upcoming action film "Trigger Warning." As she returns to her hometown, she uncovers a dangerous conspiracy.

This "pulse-pounding action thriller" directed by Mouly Surya will premiere on Netflix on June 21.

What's Leaving

1. "The Hunger Games" films

Four films under the "Hunger Games" franchise are leaving Netflix on June 1, namely, "The Hunger Games," "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" and "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2."

2. "L.A. Confidential"

The 1997 crime/thriller starring Kevin Spacey, Russell Crow and Guy Pearce is leaving Netflix on June 1, as well.

The neo-noir crime film helmed by Curtis Hanson and Brian Helgeland followed the story of a group of LAPD officers as corruption grows in gritty, glamorous 1950s Los Angeles.

3. "The Great Gatsby"

Baz Luhrmann's film starring Leonardo DiCaprio is also taking its final bow on Netflix on the first day of June.

Netflix subscribers have to say goodbye to Nick Carraway (Tobey Maguire) and Jay Gatsby (Leonardo DiCaprio) soon.

4. "Split"

The 2016 film starring James McAvoy, Anya Taylor-Joy and Betty Buckley is also exiting the streaming platform on June 1.

The psychological thriller film directed and produced by M. Night Shyamalan followed the story of a man with dissociative identity disorder who abducted three teenage girls.

5. "Ready Player One"

The action-adventure film based on Ernest Cline's bestselling novel of the same name will only be available on Netflix until June 3.

In this 2018 film from filmmaker Steven Spielberg, a talented gamer takes the lead in a massive virtual reality universe while the world is on the brink of chaos and collapse in 2045.

6. "The Imitation Game"

Netflix subscribers still have less than a month to watch or rewatch the 2014 thriller-war film starring Benedict Cumberbatch before it exits the platform on June 26.

In "The Imitation Game," Cumberbatch starred as the genius British mathematician named Alan Turing who led a team of cryptoanalysts as they worked on breaking the Germans' notorious Enigma code, which helped the Allies win WWII.
