Ashton Kutcher and his wife Mila Kunis have been spotted spending time with Danny Masterson's brother months after the couple came under fire for defending the convicted rapist.

Kutcher and Kunis had dinner with "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" actor Jordan Masterson and another friend at The Grill on the Alley in Beverly Hills Thursday.

Photos published by the Daily Mail showed the couple, Jordan and a mystery brunette smiling and chatting as they left the restaurant.

Kutcher dressed casually for the outing, sporting a white T-shirt, black pants, gray sweater and similar colored sneakers.

Kunis donned a tight black top, blue pants, a gray plaid jacket and black pumps.

Jordan went for a white T-shirt, black vest, matching jacket, jeans and brown boots for their night on the town.

The dinner came months after it was revealed that Kutcher and Kunis were among the over 50 people who wrote to the judge in Masterson's sexual assault trial to support their "That '70s Show" co-star and ask for "leniency" in his sentencing.

Kutcher, who also worked with Masterson on Netflix's "The Ranch," wrote in his letter to the judge that his former co-star was a great role model who treated everyone "as equals," Variety reported.

In Kunis' letter, she described Masterson as an "amazing friend," "confidant" and "outstanding older brother figure."

Kutcher and Kunis faced backlash for defending Masterson after he was convicted on two counts of forcible rape.

They were ultimately forced to release a video message on Instagram apologizing for the letters.

"We support victims. We have done this historically through our work and will continue to do so in the future," Kunis said in the video.

She went on to explain that the letters "were not written to question the legitimacy of the judicial system, or the validity of the jury's ruling."

Kutcher, who sat next to Kunis in the video, added that they did not intend to "undermine the testimony of the victims or re-traumatize them in any way."

"We would never want to do that, and we're sorry if that has taken place," the actor said.

One of Masterson's victims, identified only as Jane Doe #1, later spoke out against Kutcher and Kunis, calling their video "incredibly insulting and hurtful."

"My hope is that they learn radical accountability and the importance of self-education to learn when to keep their privilege in check - especially Ashton, who claims to work with victims of sex crimes. And as to Mila, I can only think of 'Times Up,'" the woman said in a statement posted by journalist Yashar Ali on X, formerly Twitter.

Masterson was sentenced to the maximum 30 years to life in the case.
