Social Media Pokes Fun At Busta Rhymes Wearing 'Full Blown Outfit' On Beach

Busta Rhymes is "steppin' on God levels" while enjoying the beach, but social media users were having none of his sunshine.

On Sunday, the "Look at Me Now" rapper posted an Instagram video of him enjoying some downtime in Carucao. Rhymes was seen standing on the powder-white beach as he stared into the clear blue waters of the Caribbean island.

He wore a bright red Louis Vuitton shirt to go with his bold red sneakers and some intricately designed jeans for the outing.

"Just know when you are blessed and highly favored, can't nothing conquer what the blessings are when you are made in the likeness of the most high!" the 52-year-old artist captioned his post, while also speaking over the clip about his "blessings" and "gift."

"Big #blockbusta steppin' on god levels only!!"

Despite the inspirational tone of Rhymes' post, social media users were more focused on his overall look in the clip. Some questioned his choice of clothing for a day out on the beach, while others pointed out how he looked nothing like his previous self.

"Jeans on the beach lol," wrote a follower. 

"He look like an A.I. Tracy Morgan," one commenter added.

"Busta. Look mad clone lmao," another comment read. 

Actor Don Brumfield also questioned, "Who the f**k is that?"

Users continued to mock the rapper-producer-actor in a post on The Shade Room's account.

One person commented, "why he standing like a GTA character."

"A full blown outfit on the beach is wild," added another user.

"I know taxidermy when I see it," joked a commenter.

Another user wrote, "He look like a wax figure of himself."

Busta Rhymes was in the island country over the weekend to perform at the Splash Festival 2024.

Other performers at the Caribbean music festival included Gente de Zona, Skinny Faboulus and Essence.
