Kathy Griffin is taking the stage and telling all.

After a six-year hiatus from the stage, the comedian and TV host is traveling the country performing her new stand-up show 'My Life on the PTSD-List.' The name is a nod to her famous Bravo special 'My Life on the D-List.'

In the special, Griffin will share the experiences she's out of the limelight. Following the photo that got her exiled from the public eye, she also struggled with addiction, cancer, family deaths, and divorce. During this time, Griffin was also officially diagnosed with PTSD.

She promised "CT Insider" that during the tour, "I talk about all of it. Because everyone's been touched in some way by addiction, by cancer, by recovery, by illness..."

Back in 2017, Griffin posted a photo of herself, holding a mask of President Donald Trump's head covered in fake blood. While the comedian attested the photo was satire, the political and social repercussions were felt.

The president at the time tweeted, "Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11-year-old son Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick!"

Griffin received negative reactions from those in her personal life. The star reported that her mother called her saying, " 'I thought I heard that you were in al Qaeda. Why wouldn't you join another club?' "

A comedian known for pushing the envelope, she understood that the photo was a step too far. Griffin released an apology video saying, "I sincerely apologize. I am just now seeing the reaction to these images. I'm a comic. I crossed the line. I moved the line, then I crossed it. I went way too far."

Griffin was placed on a no-fly list, her tour was canceled, and she was placed under investigation for a conspiracy to assassinate the president.

According to an interview on "CBS," Griffin is still getting death threats "online and in person. I was in London a month ago and I had a driver who took myself and my assistant from London Heathrow to the hotel, and he recognized me from the photo and he said that he was from Morocco and that if we were in Morocco he would cut my tongue off. So that was a long drive!"
