King Charles Evicts Brother Prince Andrew Because 'He Wants His House For Camilla': Royal Expert
King Charles III is allegedly trying to evict his disgraced brother Prince Andrew from Royal Lodge because he wants to give the residence to his wife Queen Camilla, a royal expert has claimed.
The Times U.K. recently reported that the British monarch allegedly threatened to cut off the Duke of York if he continues to refuse to move out of the 30-room, $37 million royal residence and into the smaller Frogmore Cottage, which was Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's former official home in the U.K.
During an appearance on GBN America, socialite and aristocrat Lady Victoria Hervey criticized King Charles for wanting to take "everything into his own hands," including Prince Andrew's longtime home.
The royal commentator questioned King Charles' alleged desire to kick his brother out of his residence for Queen Camilla, pointing out that the royal couple already have several properties.
"What does Charles need another house for? He wants his house for Camilla. Now, how does Camilla need another house?" Hervey told GBNA host Nana Akua.
She continued, "How many houses do they have? They've got Windsor Castle. Why have a house that the Yorks have lived in for 20 years? Why do they have to keep going?"
Prince Andrew, who was forced to quit royal duties over his ties to Jeffrey Epstein, has lived in the Royal Lodge for two decades after signing a 75-year lease and spent millions of his own fortune on renovations for it.

Hervey also noted that Prince Andrew is not only rumored to be Queen Elizabeth II's son, but he also took in the late monarch's beloved corgis following her death in 2022.
"I just find it really quite disgusting," the royal commentator said of the claims King Charles is urging Prince Andrew to leave Royal Lodge.
However, Akua argued that Prince Andrew is viewed as "somebody who has disgraced the monarchy" after he was accused of sexually abusing a 17-year-old. Virginia Giuffre's lawsuit against the Duke of York was dismissed in 2022 after he paid a settlement.
The GBNA host also pointed out that Frogmore Cottage is a "very nice" place and would not be too much of a downgrade for the prince.
The Daily Mail reported last year that King Charles wanted Prince Andrew to move out of Royal Lodge and into a more modest property after the Duke of York lost his source of income.
However, Prince Andrew continues to stay put despite allegedly not being able to afford the $500,000 per year in upkeep.
After ascending to the throne, King Charles inherited a $25 billion real estate portfolio that includes at least seven palaces, 10 castles, 12 homes, and 56 holiday cottages, according to Forbes.
Queen Camilla also owns a private home named Ray Mill House in Wiltshire.
