Ben Affleck Laughs With Ex Jennifer Garner, Mom Amid Sale Of $60M Marital Home With JLo That He 'Never Liked'
Ben Affleck was in good spirits during his latest sighting with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, amid rumors that his marriage to Jennifer Lopez was heading for divorce.
The "Batman" actor and "Marry Me" actress are selling their $60 million mansion, fueling the divorce rumors. However, Affleck seemed to be just fine as he was spotted sharing a laugh with Garner and his mom, Christopher Anne "Chris" Boldt, on Tuesday.
In a video obtained by the Daily Mail, the trio shared a brief laugh before the mother and son walked away and left Garner on her own. Affleck and his mom were presumably heading to their parked car as Garner remained standing on the same spot while looking at them.

Affleck dressed down for the outing, wearing a maroon shirt, cream hoodie, jeans and sneakers. Garner also dressed down and rocked a blue zip-up hoodie, navy leggings, white ankle socks and a pair of trainers. She wore sunglasses and tied her hair in a messy bun.
The sighting came after it was confirmed that Affleck and Lopez were selling their marital home amid rumors of imminent divorce. The A-list couple spent nearly two years finding the property, but an unnamed source told People they were never happy with the purchase.
"Ben never liked the house. It's too far away from his kids," a source close to Lopez said, adding that "the house is way too big for her."
The 38,000-square-foot home stands on five acres of land and features 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a pool and a sports complex.
Affleck and Lopez have been living separately in the past weeks. He reportedly rented a property in the Brentwood neighborhood near Garner's home. Affleck and the "Yes Day" actress share three children -- Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12.
In related news, Garner recently shared a cryptic post about overcoming adversity. She uploaded Cleo Wade's short poem on her Instagram Stories amid Affleck and Lopez's alleged marital woes.
"It gets better / You will not have the blues forever," the poem read. "Forever/Is the only thing that lasts forever."
"When the night sky falls upon you/Look up at her/see the darkness and the vastness of her blues/hold your eyes steady on her/watch the sun sneak in/see how even she, the great big sky/changes with/the new day." The poem ended with a gentle reminder that "this too shall pass."
