Tori Spelling is moving out of her cozy rental located in San Fernando Valley months after signing the lease — reportedly trashing it on the way out.

According to 'The Daily Mail,' Spelling's former neighbors were outraged by the disaster the actress allegedly left behind before departing from the 3,000 square-foot residence in upscale Woodland Hills, California.

The 'Beverly Hills, 90210' star allegedly vacated the rental in a hurry June 1, reportedly leaving behind several dumpster's worth of discarded trash behind.

The alleged mess included a soiled taupe colored sectional sofa scattered along the street waiting for waste management, in addition to pet carriers, a random DVD video, children's toys and more.

"It's completely trashed," the homeowner claimed to the outlet, adding that a cleaning crew filled a "big dumpster" multiple times to clear the house.

"The smell of urine is everywhere, on the couch cushions and inside the home. There are marks all over the walls, from who knows what," a neighbor claimed, as Spelling is known for her love of animals including dogs, chickens, pigs, guinea pigs, and a bearded dragon, per 'PageSix.'

Per the media outlet, the star, 51, forked over $7,500 for security, but the former neighbor doubts that'll cover repairs. "I'd be shocked if that covered all the damages. It would cost at least that much to just replace the two couches," the neighbor explained.

It's unclear as to why the actress departed from the premises in such a hurry, however, 'PageSix' did report a price increase, as the property was relisted for $16,950 a month — an increase of nearly $2,000.

The media outlet also reported that the mother of five is allegedly struggling financially, claiming she currently owes City National Bank over $200,000.
