Khloé Kardashian is fundamentally confused by her brother.

In the latest episode of 'The Kardashians,' Khloé found herself playing the middle man between her best friend, Malika Haqq, and her brother, Rob Kardashian.

According to 'US Magazine,' her role as mediator did not go the way the reality TV star seemingly envisioned.

The episode began with Haqq expressing her desire to have another baby. She is currently the mother to a 4-year-old son named Ace. She knows she wants Ace to have a sibling, and, on the episode, was considering her options for a sperm donor.

Khloé suggested she ask her brother Rob to be the donor. The suggestion wasn't just out of the blue, as Khloé playfully reminded her best friend, "You've already slept together," referring to a previous romantic encounter between the pair.

The 'Good American' entrepreneur proceeded to call Rob and asked him: "Real serious question though, Bible serious. Malika wants to have another kid, and she was going to go to a sperm bank to get sperm. But I said, why not get it from you?"

Rob answered that he could not ejaculate anymore and explained that he was "tired" from the night before.

Rob Kardashian is not a consistent character on the Hulu series, but instead makes occasional cameos.

In a confessional, Khloé said: "My brother is just, he's just disgusting. We can't ever just talk normal... but I don't think there's a problem."

After the phone call, Haqq, 41, continued to debate the approach to motherhood she was more inclined towards, weighing the pros and cons of using a sperm bank versus choosing a donor she knows personally.
